As a Launch Operations Technician, you will join our team on the beautiful arctic island of Andøya to perform test and launch
campaigns of our Spectrum launch vehicle. For these campaigns you will closely work together with the local operations team, and
support teams from our German headquarters. Besides the test and launch campaigns you will be carrying out improvement and
maintenance activities for our launch site infrastructure, as well as preparatory work like creating procedures and processes to
ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.
You will play a crucial role in creating reliable access to space from mainland Europe.

Mission Brief As a Product Assurance Engineer, Launch Operations, you will join our team on the beautiful arctic island of Andøya to perform test and launch campaigns of our Spectrum launch vehicle. You will act as a control instance for the quality and compliance of ground equipment, processes, and procedures, while also closely working with our Quality department based in Germany to ensure the quality of the flight hardware. To do so, you will carry out in-process and final inspections, document reviews, and follow-up non-conformance reports. You will be following established processes, but will also have the opportunity to introduce new frameworks tailored to this launch site. Mission Brief As AIT Technician, you will join us on the arctic island of Andøya, and – as part of a small local AIT team – support onsite assembly, integration, test, and launch activities. Together with our dynamic multinational AIT and design teams based in Germany, and the local operations crew you will ensure flawless and timely delivery of flight hardware, and smooth conduction or test and launch campaigns.
