Your impact As an Onboarding and Orientation Coordinator at Isomorphic Labs, you will be the operational engine at the heart of our talent strategy. You will be responsible for supporting onboarding operations and coordination, ensuring our candidate and employee journey is seamless and world-class. Key Responsibilities: * Support the delivery of our world-class onboarding experience, acting as a primary point of contact for all new hires from offer acceptance through to their 90th day, ensuring a welcoming and seamless transition into the company. * Coordinate seamless onboarding across time zones, supporting London, Lausanne and Boston cohorts, and navigating the nuances of country specific employment compliance (e.g., Right to Work). * Support the management of pre-employment and compliance-driven stages for new hires, including background checks, right-to-work checks, and relocation logistics. * Manage the Greenhouse Onboarding platform, ensuring tasks and communications to new joiners, managers, and other stakeholders are up-to-date and create the warmest possible welcome experience. * Coordinate onboarding logistics, from system and equipment setup to scheduling immersive welcome sessions that bring our culture and mission to life. * Utilise feedback and survey data to propose ways to further enhance and scale the onboarding and orientation program. * Build strong relationships with internal partners (Talent Partners, People Partners, Hiring Managers, and other key operational teams) to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and supportive onboarding experience for every new hire.
