We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Software Development Engineer in Test for our Global IT Operations team!

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Planning and coordinating testing activities, preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities
Preparing quality assurance policies and procedures
Designing, developing and executing automation scripts
Identifying, recording, documenting and tracking bugs
Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products
Tracking quality assurance metrics and statistics
Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies and assuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry

Communicating technical information, both written and verbal, effectively to other team members, teams and customers of varying

technical experience

Working collaboratively with other team members, teams and customers on projects, and other similar or related tasks.
