Who are we?
The Customer Operations team are a global, multi skilled team under the Global Operations umbrella at Liberis. The overall
objective is to provide the best experience to our merchants and partners, whilst giving 5* service on every interaction we have.
We own the merchant experience starting from the point of sale. This means we are playing a huge part in providing our merchants
with a smooth onboarding experience and need to collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Underwriting, Treasury
and Collections. We then look after all our active merchants, assisting them with any queries they have, or amendments they need
to make to their account.
We are also responsible for collating and responding to all customer feedback and sharing it with the rest of the business, acting
as the voice of the customer which helps drive change and make improvements for our merchants.

About the role The role of a Network Operations Scheduling Specialist involves providing scheduling/ trouble-shooting support for Carvana’s Market Operations department. This includes publishing the next day’s schedule and activities, ensuring execution of on-time delivery events, serving as a point of contact for network and scheduling issues within a market. In essence, this role focuses on maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our field advocates through continuous monitoring, problem-solving, and collaboration. What you’ll be doing * Generate and publish daily activity schedules for field teams across the Market Operations Network. * Serve as the first point of contact in the event that network or scheduling issues arise within a market. * Use multiple internal systems to gather data and collaborate with Market Operations Field Advocates, Leadership, Logistics, and Network Planning to minimize delivery delays. * In instances where there are delivery delays, conduct a root cause analysis and continuous monitoring of resources within a market to ensure continuous improvement. * Leverage strong analytical and Google Sheet skills to organize data. * Perform administrative duties including accurately documenting real-time adjustments while effectively communicating with Market Operations Field Leadership. What you should know/have * High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. * 2+ years experience in a Customer Experience role. * 1+ years of practical experience in Market Operations, Retail, Maintenance, or Logistics. * Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to commute to, and work out of, the Atlanta Union City office. * Must be able and willing to work the hourly demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays. * Ability to work in an office environment, with extensive use of computers. * Ability to sit for up to nine hours per day. * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral. You will provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects which require integrating with client systems, training, and other technical tasks to help customers to get most value out of their data.
