Atwell is seeking a Survey Field Technician to support residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced survey professionals, gain hands-on field experience, and contribute to projects that help drive the growth of one of the nation's most active development markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Assist survey crews on residential, commercial, and land development projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. * Perform field activities including topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and as-built surveys.  * Operate and maintain modern survey equipment safely and efficiently.  * Support construction layout, monument placement, field measurements, and data collection.  * Work closely with Crew Chiefs and project teams to deliver accurate, high-quality survey data.  * Develop technical skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of land development projects.
