Senior Strategy & Operations Manager As the S&O Lead for Monetisation, you will be responsible for managing and optimising merchant monetisation strategy across our markets. This includes commission structures, merchant fees, pricing architecture and more. We are looking for a highly driven Strategy and Operations Leader to take ownership of key monetisation levers and help build scalable systems, tools, and processes. You’ll be part of the Merchant Strategy & Operations (S&O) team and report into the Director, Global Mx Strategy. Key Responsibilities * Define our monetisation strategy, collaborating with commercial leadership across global markets to set our global framework for commission, fee structures and our overall take rate. The Monetization Strategy team drives Asana’s pricing/packaging strategy and execution, helping our customers get more value out of our offerings and capturing a fair share of that value.
