The Technical Solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. We share our technical and product expertise with customers via multi-channel technical support, demos, and presentations. What You’ll Do: * Manage, develop, coach and mentor Premier Support Engineers who respond to client requests, reproduce and troubleshoot issues, and dive into Datadog’s 400+ integrations * Act as the owner for your team’s accountability and performance - managing performance reviews, performance plans, and any employee relations issues for your direct reports * Partner with Support team senior leadership to oversee team projects and initiatives to improve productivity, process or procedure * Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations and act as a resource to resolve escalations from team members as necessary Who You Are: * Passionate about people management and/or mentorship with previous experience leading a team, including managing other managers * Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learning  * A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach and uses data to make informed decisions * A tinkerer with some programming experience and a basic knowledge of Linux * Active contribution to open-source projects (code, bug reports, etc.) and the Engineering Community (Meetups, etc.)   Datadog values people from all walks of life. This position will manage Programs that span the entire Product, Engineering and UX organizations. Interactions with and presentations to Engineer teams, Engineering leaders, Product leaders, Executives and third party vendors will be common. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge communication between technical teams and product focused groups and leaders. This position will report to the Director, Technical Program and Operations.  You will: * Coordination, monitoring and reporting within the enterprise and external partners * Project planning and support for our engineering teams * Design processes that scale to support our rapidly growing business * Develop schedules, adhere to milestones and keep other team members on task * Recognize and prioritize issues, and collaborate for timely resolution * Identify risk factors, develop and execute mitigation plans * Drive regular status updates to ensure transparency and maximize efficiency * Facilitate open communication among differing personalities and work styles * Perform other duties as assigned  You have: * 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or experience leading large organization-wide programs * Experience managing cross-departmental processes * Experience leading successful projects from start to finish * A talent for empathizing with employee and customer challenges, with a focus on user experience * Critical problem solving skills to navigate complex issues, manage partners, all while being a great team-player * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience in a high-growth company  * Business related degree, or equivalent experience * Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis  * Fluency in English is required    Get to Know Us: At Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
