The Supply department is Agoda’s partner relationship management function, working with external partners to ensure strong supply
across accommodations, flights, and activities.
Within Supply, the Central Management Office (CMO) was established as the department’s backbone. The CMO leads cross-functional

In this Role, you’ll get to: * Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners). * Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country * Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value. * Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth. * Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner. * Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter. * Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner. * Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager. Agoda launched Flights in 2019 and is now scaling rapidly to become a leading Flights OTA across APAC. With Thailand identified as a key growth market, we are expanding our commercial team to capture this opportunity. The Opportunity: As the Senior Manager for Flights in Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Agoda’s market presence, driving partner strategy, and building the foundations for long-term success. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll operate with end-to-end ownership of the Thailand market: identifying and closing new partnerships, optimizing performance with existing partners, and ensuring Agoda delivers unmatched value to travelers and suppliers alike. While this is an individual contributor role, you will function as Agoda’s commercial face in-market, working directly with C-level executives of our partners, supported by global teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and more. As part of Booking Holdings, we operate at the intersection of multiple organizations — coordinating across central functions in Bangkok and partner brands to deliver growth, operational excellence, and commercial alignment for our North American hotel partners. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Operations & Strategy based in Bangkok to serve as the central coordination hub between our North America regional leadership team (US-based) and the many Bangkok-headquartered central functions that support the region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who excels at connecting the dots across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will be the on-ground integrator who ensures alignment between a remote regional team and headquarters — driving programs forward, maintaining operational rhythm, and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy.
