As an Account Executive at Amenitiz, you are responsible for converting qualified opportunities into closed business. You own the process from the first demo to the signed contract - running structured discovery, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and managing the pipeline through to close in a high-velocity, short-cycle sales environment. Our customers are independent hoteliers: family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains that have historically been underserved by technology built for large chains. With over 15,000 customers across Europe and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation. Your role is to connect a prospect's specific operational challenges to a solution that demonstrably improves how they run their business. Your mission: * Conduct tailored product demonstrations focused on the prospect's identified pain points, with a clear path to close * Run thorough discovery to validate needs, budget, decision-making process, and timing before advancing opportunities * Own the full sales cycle from leads to signature, maintaining a high conversion rate and disciplined follow-up cadence * Work with Customer Success to ensure a smooth post-signature transition and set new customers up for a strong onboarding * Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot to support reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility * Track personal performance metrics - conversion rate, time to close, pipeline health - and take ownership of continuous improvement * Stay current on product updates, competitive positioning, and market developments relevant to the independent hospitality segment About you: * 2+ years in a sales role, ideally as an AE or Inside Sales in SaaS or technology * Spanish native speaker with strong written and verbal English * Strong consultative sales skills - you adapt your approach to the prospect's context, not the other way around * Comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end in a fast-paced, target-driven environment * Rigorous with CRM hygiene and data accuracy - you understand that good forecasting starts with good inputs * Experience in hospitality tech or selling to SMB operators is an advantage Our Benefits * Competitive OTE - base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission * Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule. * Comprehensive health insurance * On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month * A structured career path with defined criteria at every level * Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options * Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library * An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey at Amenitiz!

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you’ll generate new leads and business opportunities for the Spanish market, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success. You’ll be the first to introduce our platform to potential customers, building relationships and driving pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives.
