Role Mission We’re looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and adaptable individual based in Barcelona, who wants to be a part of a huge success story. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you’ll generate new leads and business opportunities for the Spanish market, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success. You’ll be the first to introduce our platform to potential customers, building relationships and driving pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives. What will your day look like? * Take ownership of your outbound prospecting campaigns, using a mix of outreach strategies—such as emails, calls, social selling, and events—to engage prospective clients * Leverage marketing-led demand generation campaigns, identifying and following up with prospects to build relationships and generate leads * Build a strong sales pipeline for the Spanish market, specifically targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile * Proactively identify new niches and create innovative campaign ideas to continuously improve outreach * Analyse your outreach efforts and campaign results to draw insights and refine future strategies * Manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent coverage to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth What does it take to be a successful BDR at Payhawk? * A drive to exceed sales targets and progress quickly your career * Motivation to make a measurable impact * Resilience and a growth mindset * Feeling comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Excited to work in an AI-first environment, actively using AI tools to move faster, cut repetitive work and have more impact * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Fluency in English and Spanish (min. Vous commercialiserez une solution qui a un impact concret et mesurable sur le quotidien de ses utilisateurs, tout en étant pleinement responsable de l'ensemble du processus qui leur permet d'y accéder. Votre mission * Prospection et génération de pipeline * Identifiez et contactez de nouveaux clients potentiels par téléphone, e-mail et chat. Maintenez un niveau d'activité élevé et construisez un pipeline commercial solide à partir de zéro. Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble de votre activité de prospection. * Découverte des besoins et qualification * Comprenez l'organisation actuelle de chaque prospect, ses problématiques et ses besoins opérationnels. Identifiez rapidement les opportunités pertinentes et positionnez Amenitiz de manière précise et adaptée à leur situation. * Démonstrations produit * Animez des démonstrations structurées et personnalisées qui établissent un lien direct entre les fonctionnalités du produit et les enjeux métier du prospect. Rendez la prise de décision simple et évidente. * Gestion des objections et closing * Traitez avec assurance les hésitations, les comparaisons avec la concurrence et les objections liées au timing. Créez un sentiment d'urgence lorsque cela est pertinent et sachez demander la signature. * Gestion du pipeline * Maintenez HubSpot à jour et garantissez la fiabilité des données. Réalisez des prévisions précises et assurez un suivi rigoureux de chaque opportunité. * Collaboration * Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables commerciaux et vos collègues afin d'améliorer en continu votre approche. Partagez les retours du marché, les objections récurrentes et les informations concurrentielles pour contribuer à la performance collective. À propos de vous * Vous disposez de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale (SDR, Account Executive ou poste en cycle de vente complet). * Vous êtes de langue maternelle française, italienne, espagnole ou portugaise, et possédez un excellent niveau d'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. * Vous êtes à l'aise pour alterner entre des phases de prospection intensive et des phases de closing au cours d'une même semaine. * Vous assumez l'entière responsabilité de votre pipeline et de vos résultats, au-delà des simples indicateurs d'activité. * Vous adoptez une approche structurée de la gestion commerciale : vos prévisions sont fiables et votre suivi est irréprochable. * Vous faites preuve de résilience et de régularité dans un environnement exigeant, orienté objectifs et à fort volume d'activité. * Une expérience en SaaS, dans la technologie appliquée à l'hôtellerie ou en startup constitue un atout. La maîtrise de HubSpot ou d'un CRM similaire est appréciée. A TUA MISSÃO * Prospeção e geração de pipeline: Contactar potenciais clientes através de chamadas, emails e chat. Manter um elevado nível de atividade e construir um pipeline consistente desde o zero. Serás responsável pela totalidade do funil. * Discovery e qualificação: Compreender o contexto atual de cada prospect, os seus desafios e necessidades operacionais. Identificar rapidamente o fit, priorizar oportunidades e posicionar a Amenitiz de forma relevante para cada negócio. * Demonstrações de produto: Conduzir demos estruturadas e personalizadas, conectando as funcionalidades do produto a problemas reais de negócio. Tornar a decisão fácil e viável para o cliente. * Gestão de objeções e fecho: Gerir dúvidas, comparações com concorrência e objeções relacionadas com timing, com confiança. Criar urgência quando faz sentido. Fechar o negócio. * Gestão de pipeline: Manter o HubSpot atualizado e organizado. Garantir previsões consistentes e que nenhum follow-up fica por fazer. * Colaboração: Trabalhar em conjunto com a liderança de Sales e com a equipa para melhorar continuamente a abordagem. Partilhar feedback do mercado, padrões de objeções e insights sobre concorrência.
