As Public Policy Manager you will collaborate closely with the Public Policy team in Southern Europe and the local team to build
and nurture city relationships, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with our policy strategy in
Spain. In this role you will be collaborating with local, regional and central teams to drive the strategic discussion with the
publicly elected stakeholders in the cities where we are currently operating, and work continuously to expand our footprint and
improve our position as the obvious choice for new cities tendering for micromobility services in Spain. This will include:

Om rollen Som IT Arkitekt inom Identitet och access (IAM) hos vår kund inom försvarsindustrin kommer du arbeta taktiskt med att hålla ihop, driva och utveckla vår kunds tjänster inom området tillsammans med flertalet duktiga kollegor. Som IT-Arkitekt ansvarar du för att IT-lösningar realiseras på ett korrekt sätt enligt regulatoriska krav, verksamhetens krav & behov samt i förhållande till andra IT-lösningar. Du säkerställer att de företagsövergripande arkitekturprinciperna och riktlinjer kring standarder följs i den tekniska arkitekturen och du gör medvetna val för att skapa maximalt värde till verksamheten. I rollen kommer fokus vara på identitetssäkerhet/cybersäkerhet, behörighetskontroll och livscykelhantering. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Public Policy Manager for Switzerland and Austria, you will build and nurture strong relationships with cities and key stakeholders, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with Voi’s policy strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Public Policy & Communications – AT, CH, the wider Public Policy team, the HQ Policy team, and local operations to position Voi as the obvious micromobility partner for cities across the region. In this role, you will: * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with federal, local, and regional stakeholders. * Monitor regulatory developments and municipal requirements, assess their impact on Voi, and recommend future priorities. * Plan and support the implementation of favourable local and regional regulations for shared micromobility. * Own local partnerships and collaborate with political stakeholders and other third parties to support Voi’s licence and tender success. * Drive market-specific initiatives and priorities, including feature or operational changes needed to strengthen our position in tenders. * Represent Voi as a point of contact in relevant industry associations at the national level. * Support the Communications Manager in developing communications tactics, relevant content, and local communications strategies, including engagement with local media and journalists when needed. * Support the local operations team in understanding local regulations and resolving issues in line with the company’s interests. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are an analytical, communicative, and commercially minded public policy professional who builds trust-based relationships and can confidently drive strategic discussions with publicly elected representatives. You enjoy working cross‑functionally and turning complex regulatory topics into clear, actionable priorities. You also bring: * A Bachelor’s degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning, or a similar field, or equivalent experience. * 4+ years of professional experience in the political or public policy sector, e.g., in a city council, state parliament, company, or agency as a public policy consultant. * Professional fluency in German, French, and English, both written and spoken. * Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to represent Voi externally. * Excellent writing skills and the ability to summarise complex political issues in simple, compelling messages. * A structured, analytical approach to identifying trends and upcoming regulations and assessing their impact. * Experience in the mobility sector is a plus. As Market Development Manager you will be accountable for building and managing effective and lasting relationships with local decision makers and public transport authorities in Scotland, while working continuously to develop the service design, rider experience, and commercial performance in the region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local Policy and Operations team and other central stakeholders to grow Voi’s footprint and ridership in existing and new markets within Scotland. YOUR MISSION AT VOI * Build strong ties with key stakeholders (public transport authorities, city administrators, project managers, associations and partner companies). Run events and initiatives with the local public policy team to lift performance against city priorities and grow our footprint in existing markets. * Weigh up new market entry opportunities on commercial viability, regulatory readiness and strategic fit. * Represent Voi to towns and cities exploring shared micromobility, and lead pre-tender and tender work to make us the obvious choice. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with cities, securing sustainable terms that balance regulatory expectations with financial goals. * Act as the main point of contact for city stakeholders. Develop solutions that keep us compliant, address concerns and balance user experience with strong relationships with decision-makers. * Use data, analytics and market research to spot opportunities and improvements in operational efficiency and performance. * Own the city-level P&Ls and understand what really drives financial performance in each market. * Where relevant, work with competitors in the same cities to strengthen our shared footprint and compliance. * Partner with central growth and product teams on pricing and product strategy, balancing growth and profitability with policy and city needs. * Work closely with the local team to spot opportunities and lead projects that drive change. * Feed learnings from local markets back to central teams to sharpen playbooks, processes and frameworks. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK * Bachelor or Master of Science in business, economics, engineering or similar would be a plus. * Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. * 3-5 years of experience in policy, government/enterprise key account management, operations or strategy, as a consultant or in a fast-paced environment. * Experience from negotiating and effectively managing external stakeholders, e.g. partners, government and media. * Experience from managing complex cross-functional projects and taking multiple diverging stakeholder needs into account. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly adapt the messaging to a diverse audience. * Ability to work with analysis of large data sets using google-sheets or Excel. * Experience from working closely with a P&L, budgets, and business cases. * Flexibility to travel regularly to Scotland.
