As a Service Owner Infrastructure – AD/Entra, you will be part of Lindab Group's Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) team, responsible for the ownership, governance, and continuous development of the company's identity services based on Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Lindab Group is on an exciting journey to modernize and strengthen its IT capabilities. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to drive the evolution of the organization's identity platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient authentication and authorization services across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, security teams, external service providers, and IT colleagues to ensure that identity services support both operational excellence and business growth. Your expertise in identity management, service ownership, security, and cloud technologies will be instrumental in delivering secure and user-friendly services that enable Lindab's digital future. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and manage Lindab Group's Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services throughout their entire lifecycle. * Manage incidents, problems, risks, and service requests related to identity and access management services, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service improvement. * Oversee and continuously improve disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and related authentication services, ensuring service resilience and operational continuity. * Define and drive the roadmap for Identity & Access Management services, aligned with business requirements and the overall IS/IT strategy. * Lead the transition towards modern identity services, supporting cloud-first initiatives and Zero Trust principles. * Ensure secure and efficient management of hybrid identity environments between on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. * Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen identity security through Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance, and related capabilities. * Monitor service performance, availability, security, and compliance, ensuring that service levels are met and continuously improved. * Manage relationships with external service providers and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. * Participate in projects and initiatives requiring identity integrations and authentication services. * Establish and maintain governance, policies, standards, documentation and best practices for identity management across the organization. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to modernize and optimize identity-related services. * Support the business with identity-related changes, service requests, and operational requirements. * Monitor service investments, business value, risks, and future development needs. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES * At least 5 years of experience within IT infrastructure, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or related areas. * Proven expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID administration and architecture. * Strong experience working with hybrid identity environments and identity synchronization solutions. * Knowledge of modern authentication protocols and technologies such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, and LDAP. * Experience implementing and managing Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance. * Experience with Microsoft 365 identity services and integrations. * Experience managing outsourced IT service delivery from either a customer or supplier perspective. * Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity security, and compliance requirements. * Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and experience with service lifecycle management. * Relevant Microsoft certifications within Azure, Entra ID, Security, or Identity Management are considered an advantage. * Experience working within an international matrix organization is highly valued. Job Summary The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production schedules that meet customer demands and company objectives.
