What We Are Looking For
More than technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is:
YOUR PURPOSE AT STANLEY/STELLA We are looking for a business-minded, forward-thinking Social Media Specialist to own and drive paid social media performance across our European markets. This role is about much more than campaign execution: it is about deeply understanding our markets and audiences, translating commercial priorities into compelling digital stories, and staying consistently ahead of the curve in tools, technology, and creative approaches. Reporting to the EU Communication lead, the Social Media Specialist will be an embedded, hands-on driver of local digital performance, working closely with commercial, product, and global communications teams to ensure every campaign generates real business impact across our B2B and B2B2C ecosystem. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT Local campaign strategy & exécution : * Own the end-to-end design and delivery of paid social media campaigns across European markets (from awareness and consideration through to lead generation and conversion), always balancing global brand consistency with local market relevance. * Translate global brand guidelines and communication strategies into locally resonant content and campaigns, aligned with product launches, seasonal priorities, and audience behaviour. Campaigns will speak to two distinct audience typologies: our partners (decorators, resellers, and agencies), and the end customers we generate demand with (brands, corporates, merch. companies, and beyond). * Execute precise audience segmentation and conduct A/B testing to continuously identify and scale winning approaches, maintaining a clear "test and learn" mindset that feeds back into broader team. Performance, ROI & channel allocation: * Deliver structured KPI reporting and performance analysis, turning data into clear strategic recommendations. * Take full ownership of paid media ROI across channels: continuously assess what is working, make explicit trade-offs between platforms and formats based on performance data, and reallocate budgets decisively to maximise business impact. * Challenge existing channel and audience mix assumptions and be willing to stop or deprioritise activities that do not deliver, as much as propose and test new ones. Technology & AI-driven marketing : * Leverage the latest AI as a natural part of daily work: to scale content production, sharpen audience targeting (including lookalike audiences built from our prospection database), personalise messaging, and streamline campaign workflows. * Actively explore connectors such as Meta × Claude to analyse and optimise campaign performance in smarter, faster ways. * Stay genuinely ahead of adtech, automation, and AI marketing trends; proactively identify and propose new tools and approaches before they become standard practice. * The goal is not to follow the industry, but to set the pace within it, including identifying channel blind spots (e.g., YouTube) and making the case for where we should or should not invest. Marketing automation & CRM: * Play an active role in the ongoing CRM integration project, contributing hands-on expertise to HubSpot workflows, automated nurture campaigns, and lead management. * Build and optimise automated campaigns tailored to distinct audience segments (ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment) and iterate continuously on performance to keep conversion and ROI at the centre of every decision. Amplification: * Understand that paid media is only one lever and actively work to amplify our reach and impact through the broader organisation and partner ecosystem. * This includes mobilising our internal teams and sales force to engage with and redistribute our content, working with our decorator and reseller partners to encourage impactful content sharing and UGC (with clear, simple guidelines on how to do it well and never forgetting to tag us), and identifying relevant external voices – industry influencers, associations, podcasters – who can extend our brand visibility in meaningful ways. Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: * Work in close partnership with the global communications team and local market stakeholders across Europe to align on strategy, messaging, budgets, and KPIs. * Collaborate actively with sales teams to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff (monitoring follow-through of leads generated with customers to our partners; likewise prospective partners need to be timely followed up upon by internal sales teams). ABOUT YOU Required skills * Strong business acumen and a genuinely commercial mindset: you understand what drives growth in a B2B and B2B2C environment and you build campaigns with that as your north star. * Proven, hands-on expertise in paid social media management (Meta Ads in particular) with a clear track record of measurable lead generation and ROI outcomes. * Solid proficiency in marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, with real experience building and optimising workflows and nurture sequences. * A natural appetite for AI tools and marketing technology: you integrate new capabilities because they make your work smarter and your results stronger. * Equally analytical and creative: as comfortable reading performance data as shaping a compelling campaign narrative. * Autonomous, highly organised, and proactive: you thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments where ownership is expected and initiative is valued. Qualifications * 5 + years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or trade environment. * Experience working within a matrix, balancing global brand guidelines with local market agility. * Fluent in English; French or another European language is a strong plus.
ABOUT US We're an independent European digital product studio with a strong track record of delivering market-defining strategies and products for enterprises and governments. With over 200 talented people across three countries, premium AI capabilities and a diverse portfolio of international clients, we define, design and ship high-quality digital products, strategies and software. From global cloud-based platforms and large-scale apps to medical devices, banking software and augmented reality experiences. In a nutshell: if it lives and breathes digital, it's what we do best. BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM At In The Pocket, you join a team that takes its work seriously and its people even more so. We're a diverse group of designers, engineers, strategists, marketeers, ... who genuinely enjoy working together. You'll have real ownership from day one, collaborate across Belgium, the Netherlands and Romania, and grow in a place where your input shapes how we show up in the market. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO Marketing at In The Pocket is hands-on and varied. As our Marketing Specialist, you own two core areas: digital campaigns and events, with content as a welcome plus. You work closely with the Marketing Manager and a small, driven team, and you're trusted to take the wheel independently. You keep several projects moving at once without losing the details, you get energy from executing beyond expectations and improving how we work, and you bring people across the organisation along. If you like structure, ownership and seeing concrete results from your efforts, this role is for you. DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS * You own our digital campaigns from briefing to go-live: you plan them, steer the partners and internal specialists, and keep everything on track. * You track performance and turn the data into concrete recommendations: what's working, what isn't and what's next. * You're at ease in CRM (we use HubSpot) and like making our flows work harder. You don't need to be the expert; you own the thinking. * You help maintain consistency across our digital channels, making sure what we put out reflects who we are * You actively look for ways to improve. You don't wait to be asked; you bring ideas to the table. EVENT MANAGEMENT * Together with the team, you shape the strategy, format and audience for each event in Belgium and the Netherlands (Romania for employer-branding events). * From there you take full ownership of making it happen, and you keep everyone internally in the loop and enthused along the way. * You reach out to speakers, manage registrations and own the digital campaign for the event * You bring fresh ideas and venues to lift our events to the next level, and you support our presence at external events too. * On the day, you're hands-on and there to make it land: welcoming guests and handling whatever comes up. Travel is part of the job. CONTENT (A WELCOME PLUS, NOT A REQUIREMENT) * If content is one of your strengths, you help create it and keep our channels consistent, working with our Creative lead. A bonus, not a must. WHO YOU ARE * You have a background in marketing, communication or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. * You bring several years (5+) of relevant experience and feel at home owning multiple projects at once, independently. * You're a strong project and stakeholder manager: you bring structure, watch the details, and get people moving with you. * You have hands-on experience with digital campaigns and are comfortable in a CRM. HubSpot is a plus; most of all you're eager to dig in. We're happy to invest in training where needed. * You've coordinated or supported events, ideally in a B2B context. * You get energy from executing beyond expectations and improving how we work, more than from chasing a new concept every week. * You understand how we position ourselves as a frontrunner and carry our brand into everything you do. * You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. * You're curious about where the world and AI are heading and bring AI into your work. * You're precise, curious and driven, and you take ownership. Not everything fits you? No problem, apply with your motivation letter and we'll take it from there. WHAT WE OFFER Joining In The Pocket means becoming part of a team that shapes the future of our clients' businesses across Europe. Here's what you can look forward to: * You'll start with a permanent contract in a role that comes with responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one. * We offer a competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring. * Our benefits package has you covered with hospitalisation and group insurance, meal vouchers, a phone subscription, and more. * You'll have a mobility budget that lets you decide how to get around, your way. * Life at In The Pocket isn't just about work, we host team events throughout the year to celebrate, connect, and have fun together. * Learning never stops here, so after six months, you'll receive a dedicated learning and development budget to keep growing your skills and exploring new horizons.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER We are looking for a full-time Multimedia Designer to join our in-house creative team. You'll create branded visual content (graphics, illustrations, social media, video, and motion) across multiple consumer brands in our Owned and Operated portfolio, with primary focus on HighSpeedInternet.com and SatelliteInternet.com, plus occasional support on CableTV.com. This role sits at a real inflection point in our craft. AI has lowered the floor: competent, "good enough" visual output is now instant and free. Raising the ceiling is what's left, and that's entirely on the designer. The tools have changed (AI image and video generation, Figma Motion, Buzz, Shaders, and Weave have collapsed what used to be distinct disciplines into one connected workflow), and the expectation of what a designer can produce in a week has expanded just as dramatically. What hasn't changed is the value of strong fundamentals: typography, color, composition, hierarchy, narrative, and brand systems. The tension between good enough and the raised ceiling is the role. Are you a designer who thinks across formats? Are you as comfortable producing motion as you are static design? Are you fluent in graphic and motion design principles AND genuinely curious about AI tools as creative collaborators, not replacements? Do you have a point of view about your work, the kind that resists the "average" output AI tends to produce? If so, you may have found your new home. APPLICANTS MUST INCLUDE PORTFOLIO TO BE CONSIDERED. Portfolio should demonstrate breadth across at least three of: graphic design, social media, motion or video, illustration, data visualization, brand identity work. Why You'll Love the Creative Team We always fight for the user. At the core of everything we do is the desire to elevate the customer experience and build something that makes readers' lives better. We take our work, and our craft, seriously. * Work in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely and individuals are empowered to affect change * Help build brand experiences that simplify the customer journey * Be part of a culture that recognizes and rewards effort * Surround yourself with some of Utah's best marketing minds and leave work every day having learned something new * Work inside a creative team actively investing in AI-augmented workflows, Figma-native design systems, and brand frameworks built for the post-AI era THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE As a Multimedia Designer, you will produce original, branded visual content across online editorial, landing pages, paid and organic social, email, and motion. Your work will span: Visual content production * Create digital graphics that translate data and ideas into clear, scannable visual stories for readers * Design featured images, landing page graphics, social graphics, email graphics, icons, and illustrated brand elements using tools like Figma Design/Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, or equivalent * Build effective visual assets for paid social ad campaigns alongside our Paid Media team * Produce social media cutdowns and basic video edits using tools like Premiere, Adobe Express, Descript, or equivalent * Explore motion graphics using Figma Motion as the canvas matures (and as you mature with it) AI-augmented creative production * Use AI-powered tools (Figma, Adobe, Descript, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents) to accelerate visual content production while maintaining brand integrity and creative point of view * Curate AI-generated outputs against brand standards: catch the homogenization, push for the non-obvious, refine until the work has a signature * Lead with intent: clarify what you want to make and why before you prompt; AI executes, you decide what's worth executing * Contribute to and follow our internal AI image and video production standards Design system contribution * Populate and maintain graphic and video templates that allow non-designers to produce on-brand assets autonomously using tools like Adobe Express, Figma Buzz, Claude Design, or equivalent * Contribute to and maintain our Figma graphic libraries across brands, including primitives support, semantic variables, atomic graphics, icons, patterns, brushes, or equivalent * Help maintain icon sets and other brand asset systems as they scale Collaboration * Work closely with the Creative Director, editorial leads, paid media team, product designers, marketing mangers, and digital PR specialists to ship on time and on brand * Participate in design critique, accept and give specific feedback, and grow through it * Manage your own schedule and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects WHAT YOU BRING Non-negotiable: design fundamentals. You understand and apply the elements and principles of graphic and motion design at a level that does not require AI to be good. You know why a layout works, what makes typography read, and how color and hierarchy serve the story. AI accelerates your work. It does not produce it for you. You fight for the extra work past "good enough," because that little extra is where the work becomes yours. Required * 3+ years digital graphic or motion design experience * Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma Draw * Working fluency in Figma Design (components, auto-layout, libraries, variables); curiosity about Figma Motion, Buzz, and the broader Figma ecosystem is essential * Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process * Basic video editing skills (cutdowns, social-first edits, light motion) using Adobe Express, Descript, or similar * Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth, craft, and a clear point of view * Ability to visualize data and complex ideas clearly and accurately * Strong creative instincts and the ability to channel brand personality through visual work * Clear written and verbal communication; able to give and receive constructive feedback * Ability to self-manage, hold quality bar across multiple projects, and meet team goals * Collaborative and flexible when working cross-functionally Nice to have * Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Figma Motion, or similar) * Experience working inside a documented design system with semantic variables, design tokens, or design.md style guides * Familiarity with Figma Make Kits, Weave, or Shaders * Experience producing visual content across multiple brands or sub-brands simultaneously * Familiarity with creative workflows in Airtable, Jira, or similar * Experience with content copyrights, credentials (C2PA), and AI provenance standards Perks That Set Us Apart * 🩺 Healthcare: We offer low-cost, competitive health coverage (domestic partners included!) with employer-paid counseling services. * 💰 Invest in the Future: Enjoy 401(k) matching after just two months of employment, with employer matching starting at ~3%. * 🧘♀️ Lifestyle Spending Stipends: Access an employer-paid spending account for physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing expenses. * 🏝️ Flexible Time Off: We offer competitive time-off balances that accrue weekly, just like your paycheck. (Yes, we’re paid weekly too!) * 👶🏻 Parental Leave: We provide 2 weeks of paid parental leave during the first year and up to 9 weeks after one year of employment. * ✈️ Generous Paid Holidays: Celebrate cultural diversity with additional flex holidays in addition to our company paid holidays. * 🧑💻 Flex Schedule: This is a hybrid role. Expect in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Wednesdays designated as a flex day based on team and manager needs. Remaining workdays are remote, depending on role requirements. * 🛟 Comprehensive Life Insurance: Ensure peace of mind with coverage that extends beyond the workplace with employer paid life insurance (including coverage for dependents and spouses). * 🤝 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Join us in fostering connections, celebrating diversity, and providing a supportive community for all.
