What Is The Role
Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue within
strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll be the owner of a defined territory where you’ll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic
Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. This role sits at the intersection of
sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration—and is critical to our growth in the Enterprise segment.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component.

As our Marketing Specialist, you own two core areas: digital campaigns and events, with content as a welcome plus. You work closely with the Marketing Manager and a small, driven team, and you're trusted to take the wheel independently. You keep several projects moving at once without losing the details, you get energy from executing beyond expectations and improving how we work, and you bring people across the organisation along. If you like structure, ownership and seeing concrete results from your efforts, this role is for you. DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS * You own our digital campaigns from briefing to go-live: you plan them, steer the partners and internal specialists, and keep everything on track. * You track performance and turn the data into concrete recommendations: what's working, what isn't and what's next. * You're at ease in CRM (we use HubSpot) and like making our flows work harder. You don't need to be the expert; you own the thinking. * You help maintain consistency across our digital channels, making sure what we put out reflects who we are * You actively look for ways to improve.
