You’ll learn from colleagues across our studios, ship products that reach thousands or even millions of people and help shape what digital can do for leading organisations in Europe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO  * As a part of the team, you'll be taking part in the continuous development of the products that are in the care of your team. * Day to day, this means developing new user stories, fixing bugs, creating & reviewing pull requests, documenting your work (code comments, readme, confluence,..), performing research, making suggestions for product improvements and communicating clearly about your progress. * Together with your colleagues, you'll be making sure the product meets all functional and non-functional requirements. * As an engineer, you understand that producing clean, readable, and testable code is always a priority. * Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in your development workflow to enhance code writing, support code reviews, and improve productivity. WHO YOU ARE  * Strong knowledge of C# and .NET 6+ (8+ years of experience). * Good working knowledge of Docker. * Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services). * Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) to support your daily development work and improve code quality. * Exposure to database technologies such as Redis, MongoDB, or InfluxDB. * Some experience with messaging and broker systems (Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka). * Familiarity with Terraform, Go, or Elastic Search is a plus. * You hold a master or bachelor degree in Computer Science/Informatics (or equal through a proven track record). * You have a good understanding of common software engineering practices, like OOP principles, modern design patterns, test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous deployment. * You value clean code and clean architecture principles, and strive to produce clean, readable and testable code. * You're eager to learn new things, share your knowledge, adapt to change and learn from past experiences. * You're able to work effectively in a team and are always open to feedback from your teammates. * You understand the importance of application security and data security, and know how that affects your job. * You communicate fluently in English and Dutch or French. The role: You will design, manage and maintain infrastructure services over the course of their lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and improving the performance, reliability, availability, security, and evolution of the Truecaller infrastructure.  What you’ll do:  * Building tooling to ease the provisioning and scaling of infrastructure resources. * Continuously improve and scale infrastructure components to handle growth. * Improve overall systems performance and investigate failures taking part actively in future improvements discussion. * Ensure systems availability, reachability, and maintainability building the necessary instrumentation, tooling, and alarming systems in order to escalate abnormalities. * Being influential in monitoring and capacity planning together with the application development teams and in alignment with the business goals. What you bring in:  * Extensive knowledge of system administration on Linux environments, preferably working on high throughput and low latency systems. * Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (or transferable AWS/Azure skills) — networking, IAM, compute, storage, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS). * Extensive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. * Excellent understanding of distributed system design across process and site boundaries. * Hands-on experience with service orchestration, management, deployment activities, configuration management and all necessary automation. * Strong grasp of process isolation and containerization concepts, being able to apply them when necessary. * Container orchestration: Deep understanding of Kubernetes — deploying, scaling, monitoring clusters. * Monitoring & Observability: Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, Datadog, New Relic, etc. * Incident management: Practical experience responding to incidents, performing root cause analysis, and improving system reliability. * Security best practices: Knowledge of cloud security, secrets management, and compliance basics. * Good understanding of software development lifecycle, versioning, building, testing, staging and deployment processes with a strong continuous delivery mindset. It would be great if you also have: * Experience developing kubernetes operators. * Experience deploying and scaling apache cassandra, scyllaDB, mysql, postgresql, redis or memcached. * Go programming language experience or willingness to learn coding in Go(it'll help us build new k8s operators and improve the existing ones). The role As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you'll join the founding SRE team in our Head Quarters, sitting within Foundations. You'll own critical services end-to-end and partner across engineering to raise the reliability bar for the entire platform, working closely with teams in Stockholm. *This is a Stockholm -based, 5-day in-office role. We believe building together in person drives better outcomes. What you will be doing: * Build, ship, and operate foundational platform services with full ownership * Build and maintain a high-signal observability stack (metrics, logs, traces) and translate signals into action * Define and evolve SLIs/SLOs, alerting, and reliability reporting for critical systems * Improve on-call and incident response, including escalation paths, coordination, and post-incident follow-ups * Reduce toil through automation, better tooling, and improved system ergonomics * Partner with product and platform engineers to design resilient systems and improve deployment safety Who you are * Significant experience operating and improving production systems, including debugging under pressure and preventing repeat incidents * Comfortable writing software and building automation to solve reliability problems * Autonomous, with pride in the quality and resilience of the systems you ship and operate * A systems thinker: failure modes, graceful degradation, and practical tradeoffs * Strong observability, incident management, and on-call experience, as well as experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
