to market at scale. We’ve built the technology, now we need someone to own the operational layer that makes it run.
This is not a role for someone who wants to work through a queue. We want a builder.
You’ll sit inside our RevOps function, reporting to our RevOps Lead, with dotted lines into our Growth Marketing Lead with
visibility across the full commercial operation, working as a key partner to Marketing, FP&A, and Commercial
Operations. Speechmatics is transitioning from a sales-led to a product-led growth motion, which means this role has genuine scope
to shape how that plays out operationally. You won’t be inheriting a perfectly finished system. You’ll be improving one.

REQUIREMENTS: * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * At least 4 years of experience in email marketing, ideally with both B2B and B2C marketing directions. * Experience in software or technology marketing. * The ability to learn quickly and navigate large volumes of information. * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. * The ability to work independently and effectively in a distributed team. * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with members of cross-functional teams.
