We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in test strategy, automation, and end-to-end validation across web and mobile platforms. This role combines hands-on testing with strategic quality enablement in a distributed, cross-team environment. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning and executing Product, Integration, E2E, and Regression testing across web and mobile applications (Android & iOS). The role includes automation design, CI/CD integration, cross-team QA coordination, and mentoring. Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Execution Define and execute end-to-end test strategies across web flows Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements Validate critical customer journeys (e.g., PDP, Search, Availability, Checkout) Identify, document, and track defects and support root-cause analysis Automation & Quality Enablement Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred) Build reusable and maintainable test components Enable continuous validation (smoke, regression, health checks) Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines End-to-End & Production-Like Validation Support E2E testing across distributed systems Contribute to production-like testing strategies and test data stability Collaborate with Ops and Data teams on observability and failure detection Cross-Team QA Coordination Act as a QA connector across product teams Establish shared testing standards and tooling Support onboarding into common QA practices Promote system-level quality ownership Continuous Improvement & Mentorship Identify bottlenecks and improve testing approaches Mentor QA engineers and developers Promote automation-first and early validation practices Required Technical Skills Strong experience in web and mobile testing (Android & iOS) Automation experience with Robot Framework or similar frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with Appium, BrowserStack, or similar tools Experience with test management tools (QMetry, Xray, or similar) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence Understanding of Page Object Model (POM), SOLID principles, and test design patterns Experience with Python for automation is highly valued. Profile We are looking for a structured and analytical QA professional with strong quality ownership. You are comfortable working cross-functionally, driving improvements, and mentoring others in modern testing practices.

You bring 5+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities * Lead end-to-end QA activities for CMS(Sitecore) and web platforms .  * Manage functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, analytics, and performance testing.  * Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright/Typescript.  * Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).  * Support content migration and rollout validations.  * Coordinate with Dev, BA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.  * Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvements.  * Mentor and guide junior QA team members.  * Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and release readiness documentation.    MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.  * Strong experience in CMS testing (Sitecore preferred).  * Hands-on experience with Playwright.  * Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.  * Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.  * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.  * Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and analytics testing.  * Experience in cross-browser and multi-device testing.  * Excellent defect management and reporting skills.    NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS   * Experience in large-scale enterprise website rollouts.  * Exposure to performance tools (BlazeMeter, Lighthouse).  If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. If you have strong attention to detail, a passion for delivering high-quality products, and experience working closely with developers and cross-functional teams, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be involved in functional and non-functional testing, working closely with developers to ensure the quality of our product before it hits production. While this role is more frontend-focused, it does not involve development activities. Instead, you’ll help validate features, confirm with developers that things are good to go, and contribute to a strong QA culture across the company. Automation experience is a bonus, but not a must – we’re more focused on finding someone with solid manual testing skills who is proactive and detail-oriented.   A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH: * Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. * Execute manual test cases (around 70% of the role), including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. * Contribute to automation where possible – experience with tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus but not required. * Confirm test readiness for production deployments. * Support upcoming initiatives in performance testing – knowledge of tools like JMeter is welcome, but not mandatory. * Take ownership of test execution and help maintain high product quality across all our brands.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA (manual and/or automation). * Experience testing frontend applications. * Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress (a plus). * Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus. * Solid understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices. * Experience with functional and non-functional testing. * Bonus: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). * Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.   WHAT WE OFFER   Much like a rollercoaster, life at Betsson Group is fast-paced, full of twists and turns, and always exciting.
