Our engineers don’t just write code — they solve real-world problems for small businesses, shaping products that unlock opportunity at scale. As a Senior Engineer, you will be a key mentor to other members of the Engineering team - supporting us to continually develop and push the boundaries of what a scaling, multi-product FinTech organisation can achieve! We're hiring across a number of teams in our Engineering org, so we'd love to have a conversation about where you could make the biggest impact! You'll start with an informal chat with Chess (our Internal Recruiter), who will give you more insight into Liberis and what you're looking for next. From there, we'll talk you through the teams we're hiring for and look at which roles could be the best fit. Whether you're passionate about building customer-facing products, scaling platforms, working with data, or exploring how AI can transform the way we build software, we're looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems and taking ownership of what they deliver!   The interview process: * Screening call with Chess (Internal Recruiter) (30 mins) * Video interview with the Hiring Manager (45 mins) * In person code pairing interview with a member of Engineering team (1 hour) * Video interview with the wider Liberis team (1 hour)   What We Think You’ll Need * Proven success writing code in two or more programming languages. * A willingness to learn our tech stack - mostly C# .net, Node and React. * Proven experience developing APIs and services * An understanding of working with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum. * Experience mentoring more junior team members. * Resilience in early-stage business situations, where requirements are evolving and experimentation is required. * Bonus points if you have experience of cloud technologies (we are moving to GCP); experience using highly collaborative methods such as ensemble, mob, or pair programming; experience writing financial software; or experience with Test Driven Development.    N.B - there is an ‘on-call’ element to this role, which Chess will outline at the screening stage   Next steps If this opportunity feels like the right fit for your next career move, we’d love to hear from you! ABOUT THE ROLE Vivid Money is redefining how modern corporates, holding structures, and financial institutions manage and optimize their capital. From institutional-grade Treasury products (high-yield Interest Accounts, Money Market Funds, and ETFs) to multi-currency infrastructure and FX solutions, we provide the financial architecture that traditional banks make too slow and expensive.  We are expanding our institutional footprint in Cyprus. We aren’t looking for a standard software sales rep; we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who understands the fabric of the Cyprus financial ecosystem. You will be employee number one on the ground, tasked with unlocking high-value segments: PE/VC funds, holding companies (Soparfis), family offices, and corporate service providers. If you have the network to navigate corporate Cyprus, understand structured finance/treasury needs, and want the autonomy to build a market from scratch, this role is for you. YOUR MISSION * Originate Institutional Pipeline: Identify and engage decision-makers across Cyprus’s unique B2B landscape, focusing on PE/VC funds, corporate holding structures, asset managers, and corporates. * Leverage Channel Partnerships: Build strategic relationships with local multipliers—accountants, tax advisors, law firms—who manage hundreds of entities requiring modern treasury setups. * Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Run the end-to-end commercial cycle for high-value accounts, from sophisticated discovery and structured treasury pitches to compliance onboarding and closing. * Position Vivid as a Yield Partner: Educate fund managers and corporate treasurers on how to leverage Vivid’s Treasury and MMF solutions to optimize returns on their cash reserves and dry powder. * Shape the Cyprus Playbook: Partner directly with the Sales Leadership team to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), localized messaging, and regulatory positioning for the Cyprus market. * Represent the Brand: Act as the face of Vivid Money at major financial services, fund industry, and fintech events in Cyprus. YOUR PROFILE * 5+ years of B2B/Institutional sales experience within the Cyprus financial ecosystem (e.g., Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Fund Services, FinTech, or Treasury/Asset Management). * Deep local knowledge: You thoroughly understand Cyprus’s financial structures and know how these entities manage liquidity and banking relationships. * An established network: You have an existing book of contacts or a proven ability to network into CFOs, Fund Operations leads, Managing Directors, and Domiciliation Agents. * Technical fluency: You can speak confidently about FX, money market funds, yield generation, and compliance/KYB processes for complex corporate structures. * Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in an "AI-first," high-autonomy environment where the playbook is yours to write. * Languages: Full professional fluency in English. COMPENSATION RANGE Compensation from €80,000 gross annually. Your Responsibilities * You have the unusual opportunity to take responsibility for topics along the entire investment products value chain. * You’ll be accountable for strategic projects such as the introduction of new investment products, asset classes, strategies, etc. * You’ll be a key stakeholder in the development of financial and non-financial features of our products, including the web app and native mobile apps. * You’ll contribute to communication related to investments and capital markets for CRM, webinars, and our website. * You have shared responsibility for finding the best ways to give our customers exposure to new asset classes, including instrument screening and selection. * You’ll analyse data using quantitative and qualitative methods to learn more about our customers and their investment behavior. * You serve as a point of contact for all things capital markets for all Raisin stakeholders. * You represent the team’s investment philosophy throughout the organization and externally. Your Profile * You are a generalist with strong subject matter expertise in investments; experience with pension products is a plus. * A degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or the natural sciences is preferred. * Alternatively, you have a degree in another subject (including business) and are committed to skeptical empiricism, both in investments and in business more broadly. * You trust your judgment and can work independently. You feel comfortable taking risk-based decisions. * You are precise in your language. * You have a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously. * You care about both processes and results, but much more about results. * Exposure to programming languages and basic software development workflows is a plus. * Experience with pension products is a plus.
