YOUR MISSION As a member of our Data team, you'll take full ownership of the systems that turn raw data into decisions—for our product, our internal teams, our customers, and our investors. You won't just maintain dashboards; you'll own the pipeline end to end, from ingestion to the numbers people actually act on. In your first few months, you might: * Take ownership of our dbt pipeline, improving our data models so they're reliable, well-tested, and easy to build on. * Maintain and extend our Looker setup, and ship new dashboards and reports that customers and other stakeholders depend on. * Strengthen our data pipeline from Postgres to BigQuery, and build custom Python scripts to automate the flows that keep our warehouse fresh. * Integrate our data warehouse with external tools like Salesforce or ActiveCampaign, so the right data reaches the teams that need it. YOUR PROFILE We're looking for an experienced data practitioner who likes owning the full stack of an analytics platform. You'll be a great fit if you have: * Significant professional experience building and maintaining data models with dbt and writing advanced SQL. * Solid Python skills for data syncing, automation, and general scripting. * Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery, and comfort working with source databases like Postgres. * Experience building dashboards and serving data to non-technical stakeholders (a strong command of Looker is a big plus). * Strong, hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools—especially Claude Code—and a habit of using them as part of your daily workflow. * A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a high sense of ownership, feeling comfortable driving projects independently. * Excellent communication skills in English. BONUS POINTS FOR (NICE-TO-HAVES): * Experience with reverse ETL or integrating a data warehouse with tools like ActiveCampaign or Salesforce. * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD or automation pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions). * Experience preparing data and reporting for external audiences such as customers or investors. * An interest in data engineering best practices, pipeline reliability, and infrastructure-as-code. YOUR MISSION With the power of AI, we're set to revolutionize the way general contractors and subcontractors find and match with each other on our marketplace. As our Senior Product Manager Marketplace, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * You own the marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors on our platform. * You ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand, and build mechanisms that keep liquidity strong on both sides. * You own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms that bring Subcontractors and projects together in a way that increases relevance and bid rate. * You analyze marketplace metrics and translate them into hypotheses and priorities. * You identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations and implement them together with our designers and engineers. WHAT YOU BRING * 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces. * Demonstrated experience thinking through supply-demand dynamics: how to create enough supply, enough demand, and how to balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both sides. * Experience with search or matching algorithms, or working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation logic. * Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of marketplace metrics such as liquidity, conversion, and network effects. * You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work. * Fluent in written and spoken German and English. YOUR MISSION * Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working on clearly defined problems in close collaboration with the Product Team — from ideation and prototype testing to ready-to-ship visual designs. * Collaborate with our existing Product Designer to evolve our design language and ensure a cohesive experience across both sides of the platform. * Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, identifying high-impact UX opportunities and delivering solutions that are technically feasible and ship fast. * Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs, adhering to and maintaining our scalable design system in Figma. * Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product. YOUR PROFILE Must-have: * 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a well-known B2B SaaS company or high-growth SaaS startup. * Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end — from problem framing to interaction design and handoff, ideally demonstrated in your portfolio. * Strong product thinking: Ability to find pragmatic “80/20” solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals. * Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems. * Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to work independently while communicating trade-offs and constraints clearly. * Native German speaker with fluent English.
