YOUR MISSION With the power of AI, we're set to revolutionize the way general contractors and subcontractors find and match with each other on our marketplace. As our Senior Product Manager Marketplace, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * You own the marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors on our platform. * You ensure a healthy balance between supply and demand, and build mechanisms that keep liquidity strong on both sides. * You own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms that bring Subcontractors and projects together in a way that increases relevance and bid rate. * You analyze marketplace metrics and translate them into hypotheses and priorities. * You identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations and implement them together with our designers and engineers. WHAT YOU BRING * 3–5 years of product management experience with two- or multi-sided marketplaces. * Demonstrated experience thinking through supply-demand dynamics: how to create enough supply, enough demand, and how to balance the sometimes conflicting interests of both sides. * Experience with search or matching algorithms, or working closely with data and engineering teams on ranking or recommendation logic. * Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of marketplace metrics such as liquidity, conversion, and network effects. * You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work. * Fluent in written and spoken German and English. YOUR MISSION As a key member of our Engineering team, you won't just be writing code—you'll be solving complex problems and taking full ownership of features from concept to deployment. You will have a direct impact on a product used by thousands of construction professionals to build the world around us. In your first few months, you might: * Design and build new AI features, such as our recently launched AI agent for editing BoQs or automated AI bidder recommendations * Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape the user experience and technical direction of our core product. * Architect and implement modular packages and services in our monorepo to improve the structure and maintainability of our codebase HOW WE BUILD: OUR ENGINEERING CULTURE We believe in a calm, collaborative, and productive engineering environment. You'll be a great fit if you have: * Significant professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining complex web applications using TypeScript. * Deep expertise in Node.js for backend development and a strong command of React for the frontend. * A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a high sense of ownership, feeling comfortable driving projects independently. * Experience working in collaborative, agile product teams. * Excellent communication skills in English. As our Senior Product Manager General Contractors, you'll actively shape this product vision — in a small team with big leverage and direct impact on a product used by thousands.   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * You independently own product responsibility for central areas of the general contractor product. * You identify new opportunities in the GC workflow: new user groups within the GC organization that we don't yet serve, or new steps in the tendering process that we can cover with our product. * You build complex B2B SaaS functionality end-to-end — from strategy and discovery to requirements definition and go-live — together with design and engineering. * You analyze user behavior, market trends, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives. * You develop hypotheses, validate them with prototypes and experiments, and scale successful approaches together with design and engineering. * Together with marketing and customer success, you ensure a successful go-to-market for new features.   WHAT YOU BRING * 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with complex, multi-step workflows for business or enterprise customers. * Demonstrated experience discovering new opportunities: identifying new user groups or covering new process steps in an existing product. * Strong analytical skills and a talent for translating complex problems into pragmatic solutions. * You use AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping routinely in your day-to-day work. * Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and the full product lifecycle. * Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
