As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers within one of PERGOLUX’s core Nordic markets. You will own the full sales cycle (from first contact to closing) while acting as a trusted advisor to customers investing in premium outdoor-living solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Proactively reach out to qualified sales leads via outbound phone calls and follow-ups to drive conversions. * Provide professional sales consultations, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored PERGOLUX solutions. * Prepare and send quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. * Manage and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring excellent data hygiene and forecasting accuracy. * Collaborate closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to strengthen PERGOLUX’s long-term market presence. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Previous, high performing, experience in a sales role or strong motivation and ability to transition to or begin your first sales role. * Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform is a plus. * Fluency in Swedish, plus professional working proficiency in English. * Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with customers by phone. * Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Norwegian-speaking Nordic Business Development Manager for our clients office in Aarhus. Are you a skilled business developer with experience in digital marketing? Then we have the right opportunity for you! Our client are a leading player in performance-based marketing in Europe with a strong position in the Nordic region. Here you will play a central role in their Nordic organization, helping strengthen the business in the Norwegian market while working closely with colleagues across the Nordic countries. Your Role As a Business Development Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to strengthen the company’s position in the Norwegian market. You will primarily focus on new business, actively identifying and contacting new Norwegian advertisers in Norwegian. Together with the Nordic sales team, you will further develop the e-commerce market through affiliate marketing. We expect you to have a strategic mindset and ensure strong results for your clients through solid business understanding. On a daily basis, you will work with skilled and experienced colleagues from our Nordic headquarters in Aarhus. You will be responsible for your own budget and for building a portfolio of Norwegian and Nordic advertisers, mainly within e-commerce. Our client already works with leading Nordic companies such as Coolshop and Sinful, as well as international brands like COS and Superdry. Your focus area will be performance-based marketing. As your knowledge and client portfolio grow, you will gradually work with more of the services offered by the company and their parent company, including insert and checkout marketing.
