JOB DESCRIPTION About Kapaya Most organizations do not struggle with ambition. They struggle with execution. Processes become fragmented, teams work across disconnected systems, and too much time is lost in manual work, unclear ownership and inefficient ways of working. That is where Kapaya comes in. We help organizations improve how work gets done by designing smarter processes, building better operational structures and implementing digital solutions that support real day-to-day execution. Using tools such as Airtable, Make and other workflow technologies, we help customers move from complexity to clarity. Kapaya is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. About the role This role is for someone who enjoys understanding customer challenges, identifying opportunities and turning them into meaningful business relationships. As an Account Manager, you help organizations recognize where their current ways of working create friction and where better systems, workflows and processes can make a real difference. You guide prospects through that journey, from first conversation to closing, by combining commercial drive with a strong understanding of customer needs. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consultative sales and operational problem solving. You work closely with SDRs, consultants and technical colleagues to shape opportunities, build trust with stakeholders and help customers move confidently toward the right decision. It is a commercial role, but one built on substance, credibility and long-term value. YOUR MISSION What the role involves • Leading sales conversations with prospective customers and understanding how their current processes, systems and ways of working are set up • Identifying operational challenges, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement • Showing how Kapaya’s solutions can help organizations work in a more structured, scalable and effective way • Managing opportunities independently throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing • Building relationships with internal champions, decision-makers and senior stakeholders across customer organizations • Working closely with SDRs, consultants and technical teams to shape strong and realistic solution directions • Guiding customers through decision-making processes with clarity, confidence and commercial ownership • Keeping pipeline, CRM data and sales information well structured and up to date • Creating repeatable and consistent ways of working that support predictable commercial results • Contributing to the further development of messaging, sales approaches and commercial best practices YOUR PROFILE What makes a strong fit • Several years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar commercial role • Ideally experience in SaaS, consulting, workflow technology or solution-based selling • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence in speaking with different stakeholders, including senior decision-makers • A structured and disciplined way of working, with strong ownership and follow-through • The ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into commercially relevant opportunities • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • A high level of customer focus, credibility and professional presence • Fluent German and English, both spoken and written • Interest in digital workflows, process optimization and modern operational tooling What makes this role interesting Many sales roles focus mainly on volume, speed and short-term targets. This role goes further. It involves understanding how organizations actually operate, where friction shows up in daily work, and how better processes and systems can create real improvement. That makes the conversations more meaningful, the sales process more consultative and the impact of the role more visible. WHY ONE PRODUCTIVITY GROUP? What One Productivity Group offers • A role with real ownership and direct influence on customer growth and commercial success • The opportunity to work with well-known clients on meaningful workflow and process challenges • An attractive compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based variable • A flexible setup, remote, hybrid or from one of our office locations • A professional onboarding and strong on-the-job learning environment • Regular coaching, feedback and development opportunities • A team that combines high standards with a collaborative and down-to-earth way of working • Room to bring in ideas, improve how things are done and contribute beyond the core role • A digital-first work culture with flexibility and trust • High-quality equipment for both office and remote work About One Productivity Group One Productivity Group is a fast-growing pan-European group focused on helping organizations improve the way they work. Across our brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable operations. We hire across Europe and work across multiple countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France and Sweden. Our people work from offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Paris and Stockholm, or fully remotely. This gives us the flexibility to bring together the right talent across markets while staying connected through shared standards, close collaboration and a strong team culture. There is a shared culture of ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement. New ideas are welcomed, people are trusted to take responsibility, and development is taken seriously. After 12 months: * Seamless Collaboration: Work in sync with external accounting teams across all JUNA entities, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal friction. * Consistent Group Reporting: Deliver consolidated reporting regularly within agreed deadlines and with minimal corrections. * Trusted Owner: Be recognized as a proactive, reliable owner of the full reporting cycle and balance sheet — the go-to person for financial accuracy and compliance. * Process Champion: Have identified and implemented improvements to accounting workflows, contributing meaningfully to JUNA's operational scalability.
