Your Responsibilities * Lead design discovery and delivery for end-to-end initiatives across multiple facets of the Raisin investment and pension product offering, proactively identifying opportunities where AI can simplify complex financial journeys. * Collaborate closely with your cross-functional agile peers of product owners, engineers, and data specialists to design and deliver high quality experiences, and iterate upon them as you gather insights on their effectiveness. * Collaborate closely with your cross-functional agile peers of product owners, engineers, and data specialists to define the UX infrastructure for AI-driven features, ensuring we co-create best-in-class, personalized, and highly secure digital products. * Use your depth of knowledge of customer expectations, behaviors (with support of emerging AI capabilities) to define strategic goals and critical hypotheses of what makes a highly desirable, usable, and trustworthy product. * Translate complex backend/platform capabilities—including AI/ML models and agentic logic— into intuitive customer and operational interfaces. * Own delivery of prototypes using Generative and Agentic design tools, rapidly translating bold new ideas into feasible, tangible, and highly interactive artifacts for validation and implementation. * Validate and iterate on experience quality using qualitative research, operational metrics, and security/compliance feedback loops, ensuring clear UX guardrails and ethical standards for AI-generated outputs. * Maintain and evolve your design skillset, staying ahead of the curve on AI capabilities, prompt engineering, and conversational/agentic UI paradigms to keep Raisin’s design practice cutting-edge. * Adopt reusable, flexible UX patterns - and introduce new ones when needed - in order to reduce fragmentation across micro-frontends and evolve the existing Design System. Your Profile * 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech, digital brokerage, or other highly regulated, complex environments (e.g., healthtech, legaltech, or high-stakes SaaS) where designing for trust, long-term user decisions, and compliance is critical. * Portfolio reflecting mastery of product design principles and practices, including user-centered design methodologies and practical examples of designing for AI/ML-driven features, agentic workflows, or conversational interfaces. * Deep understanding of AI UX design paradigms, specifically how to design for system uncertainty, predictability, user trust, error prevention, and "human-in-the-loop" feedback mechanisms. * Extensive experience in various user-driven validation techniques, including qualitative, quantitative, and analytics-based approaches. * Mastery of execution and delivery processes, including project management and resource allocation. * Experienced with prototyping using Generative and Agentic tools to accelerate concept exploration and build high-fidelity interactive mockups. * Confident facilitating cross-functional workshops and aligning engineering-heavy stakeholders, including data scientists and AI/ML engineers. * Data-informed mindset, comfortable working with security, compliance, operational KPIs, and AI system metrics (such as model accuracy, latency, and user feedback loops). * Strong interaction design skills with attention to usability in complex workflows. * Mastery of storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders and users throughout the design process, including explaining complex AI logic or automated systems in simple, human terms. * Proactive, continuous learner who actively integrates AI-augmented workflows (e.g., for research synthesis, copywriting, and ideation) to optimize personal design velocity and output. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the OREO (Observability Reliability Engineering Obsession) team in Platform Engineering. As an Engineering Manager, your mission will be to lead the Reliability & Observability team and drive the evolution of Doctolib's observability platform, supporting the exponential growth of Doctolib services while building and empowering a world-class SRE team. Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams. You will lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers who are responsible for shaping Doctolib's observability strategy and ensuring our platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of people management, technical leadership, and strategic planning with a particular focus on building organizational capabilities around logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting. Your team also owns and operates critical transversal services that enable secure, scalable infrastructure management across the organization, including HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and Terraform Enterprise for infrastructure as code.
