YOUR ROLE As an AI Product Manager, you'll work on products in our AI audit toolbox alongside engineers, designers, auditors and our founders. You'll spend your time understanding what auditors need, helping shape what we build next, and making sure we ship things that actually solve real problems. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Contribute to the discovery, definition, and delivery of products in our AI toolbox * Talk to customers weekly to uncover pain points and validate solutions * Prototype with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to test ideas in hours, instead of weeks * Work tightly with engineering and design throughout the build cycle * Help us understand the messy reality of AI capabilities (and limits) and turn that into product decisions: what's worth building, what's not yet ready, where humans stay in the loop * Bring structure to the problem space: clear writing, sharp questions, useful PRDs WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * You've contributed to and shipped 3+ meaningful product bets within your first 6 months, learning through iteration and customer feedback along the way. * You've gone deep on at least one core product area (e.g. a specific tool in our AI toolbox, a customer segment, our evals & quality framework, or the UX of agentic workflows) and become exceptionally strong in it * You're trusted by founders, engineers, and customers to steward important product decisions WHO YOU ARE * Have 4–7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a product role * Have shipped B2B SaaS products that real customers pay for and use * Are AI-native in how you work: you use LLMs, agents, and AI tooling daily and have strong intuition for what they can and can't do today * Have shipped at least one AI-powered feature or product and understand the unique product challenges (evals, latency, hallucinations, trust, UX of probabilistic systems) * Go deep into context to truly understand user problems * Are comfortable in early-stage startup chaos. By the end of this phase, you'll be ready to independently coordinate cross-team initiatives and contribute to delivery planning activities. * Within 3–6 months You'll actively support annual planning activities and coordinate early cross-team deliveries. You'll help create planning artefacts such as roadmaps and dependency maps, facilitate planning sessions, and successfully orchestrate at least one cross-functional delivery from planning through retrospective. * Within 6–12 months You'll become a trusted advisor for product and portfolio stakeholders, recognised for bringing clarity to complex delivery challenges. You'll take ownership of improving planning and coordination practices and contribute measurable improvements to how teams collaborate and deliver. * After 12 months You'll have developed deep expertise in one of our business domains and will be driving initiatives that improve delivery predictability, reduce recurring blockers, and increase organisational effectiveness. YOUR ROLE We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to join bunch’s Reporting Platform team and own the products and workflows that turn fund data into clear, compliant, investor-ready reporting. You’ll work at the heart of how fund managers communicate performance and activity to investors — building intuitive reporting experiences and robust report-generation capabilities that customers can trust. As Product Manager, Reporting Platform, you will: * Own key parts of our reporting product surface area and reporting workflows end-to-end * Help teams transform complex fund data into investor-grade outputs (quarterly/annual reporting, capital account statements, disclosures) * Drive product decisions that balance accuracy, compliance, and usability * Partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver a system customers can rely on This role is focused on the Reporting side of the platform.
