We're looking for a Mid-level or Senior Creative Copywriter who combines strong conceptual thinking with solid writing skills.
Someone who can develop campaign ideas, shape brand narratives, and bring clarity to complex briefs through compelling
storytelling.
You'll work closely with an Art Director partner, Designers, Strategists, and Social Creatives to develop integrated campaigns,
creative platforms, and content ecosystems for both German and international brands. While your expertise lies in words, your
thinking extends far beyond copy. You understand how ideas come to life across channels, audiences, and touchpoints. You are a
proactive and digitally savvy creative, ready to generate original ideas that help our clients stay ahead. Your concepts will be
rooted in culture, focused on building brands rather than just adding to the noise.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building brands, loves solving creative problems, and can confidently move between
campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, social-first thinking, and long-form storytelling.

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Art Director to join fast-paced, high-performing, and most visible dynamic accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings conceptual thinking, sharp visual design capabilities, and video-first experience to the table. Someone who can translate strategy into smart, engaging creative that hooks niche audiences. You’ll partner closely with a team of Copywriters, Video Editors, Content Creators, Visual Designers and report into the Creative Director, collaborating to bring creative briefs to life across digital, social, and video channels. You’ll help shape always-on social and campaign direction, lead visual execution, and ensure design excellence from kickoff through delivery. You’ll play a crucial role in owning your workstream and consistently raising the creative bar. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creative collaboration, is autonomous in ideation, enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute, and has a strong point of view on what makes effective content in the digital world. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Concept and design best-in-class digital creative across social and video, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and performance. * Contribute to pre-production planning, support on-set shoots, and collaborate with editors and designers in post to ensure work comes to life as intended. * Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives. * Navigate ambiguity with CD support, adapt to shifting priorities, and bring proactive solutions to creative and production challenges. These solutions should come in the form of daily brainstorming and inspiration sharing with the team. * Approach every situation with curiosity, kindness, and accountability to help foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment. WHAT YOU BRING * 4+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social-first content, and video-driven work. * Native German with excellent English skills, capable of working with German and international brands. * Prior agency experience or relevant experience with a track record of navigating high-volume, high-visibility accounts. * On-set and content production experience (domestic or international), including working with video directors, editors, and producers. * Strong client presentation and communication skills - you can confidently present ideas, take feedback in stride, and advocate for great creative. * Excellent design sensibility and a strategic eye for layout, typography, motion, and branding. Additionally, deep knowledge of social best practices for optimal performance. * A proactive, collaborative mindset - you bring energy to brainstorms, jump in where needed, and support your teammates with generosity and respect. * A creative portfolio that shows your eye for design, your range in digital, video, and your ability to turn strategy into scroll-stopping creative. * You don’t just talk about AI—you use it. POSITION Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a (Senior) Copywriter (d/f/m) in full time. Your tasks: * Developing creative lead ideas, concepts and campaigns for multiple clients and brands * Writing and refining copy for all relevant channels (classic, digital, social, film and beyond) * Close collaboration with art directors to create holistic and compelling creative work * Independently briefing and coordinating all project stakeholders and disciplines * Presenting concepts and copy internally and to clients with confidence * Ensuring tonal and conceptual consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables * Maintaining and elevating copy quality throughout all project phases * Mentoring, coaching and professionally developing junior copywriters and trainees * Actively contributing to the improvement of tools, workflows and creative standards * Staying on top of cultural trends, storytelling formats and emerging creative opportunities About you: * Excellent understanding of brands, products and audiences, with a strong sense of tone of voice * Outstanding conceptual and writing skills across all media and channels * Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns and creative lead ideas * Confident presentation and persuasion skills in German and English * High quality standards and a strong creative and editorial mindset * Deep understanding of the interplay between copy, design, concept and technology * Experience working closely with art direction, consulting, strategy and external partners * Ability to guide, mentor and develop junior copywriters through constructive feedback * Curiosity for new formats, platforms and tools, including the use of generative AI in the creative process
