Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do
with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations.
Over 6,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their
employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows. Helping them to work smarter, think more
creatively, and reach their full potential.
Most companies separate design from engineering. Designers hand off Figma files, engineers implement them, and something gets lost
in translation every time.
We do it differently. Our source of truth is not Figma. It is the code. It is how the product actually looks and feels in the
browser. And the person who owns that is the Design Engineer.
You will hear about a problem from a product, develop the solution visually and technically, open a branch, build the full front
end, pixel-perfect and production-ready, and either hand it off to a product engineer or take it all the way yourself. You are the
person who makes sure Langdock looks and feels as sharp as it actually is.
This is not a role for someone who designs in isolation or codes without taste. It is for someone who does both and cares deeply
about the result.
Own the UI end-to-end. When a new feature or page needs to exist, you build it. You take a problem, develop the visual and
interaction solution, implement it in code, and ship something that looks exactly right.
Set the visual bar. You have strong opinions about spacing, typography, motion, and hierarchy. You push back when something looks
off, and you fix it when it does. Clean, minimal, and a little bit vibey. That is the aesthetic you default to and defend.
Build in code, not in mockups. You work primarily in Next.js and React, using Tailwind to implement designs directly in the
codebase. Figma is a tool for exploration, not the final word. The final word is the screen.
Prototype fast. When the team needs to see an idea working, you build it. Fast and convincing enough to make a real decision.
You are comfortable going full-stack when needed and ship end-to-end. You are comfortable enough with the back-end to wire up what
your front end needs - whether that is writing Prisma queries, or building / modifying API routes. You do not need a backend
engineer to finish your work. You will be seen as a full member of our engineering team.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering. You sit at the intersection of both. You translate product thinking into
interfaces and engineering constraints into design decisions.
Langdock is a product that tens of thousands of people open every day to do their most important work. The quality of the
interface is not a detail. It is part of the value.
You will work on a product where design quality is taken seriously, on a team small enough that your taste shapes what the product
becomes. Every screen you ship is seen by real customers immediately.
We went from 2 to 25M+ ARR in one year. You will join early enough to shape how things work, with enough traction, customers, and
product love already there.

We want to see what you have built and designed. Please include at least one of the following with your application:
website or app, where you walk through the design decisions and the code behind them
If you have not worked in B2B SaaS before and can show related work, strong portfolio work is how you make the case.
We work from our office in Berlin, Greifswalder Strasse 212. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get
solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually
know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch & dinner are together. We run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves. Health is not separate from
work here. It is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. All roles include equity.
We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title
or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.
We move fast. Most processes are completed within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would like to meet you.

ABOUT US Every 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers around the world. For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and advice that is often unhelpful. Most people today still cannot simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with businesses. AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company - from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. The number of conversations businesses will handle is going to explode in the coming years. At telli, we are solving the challenges that come with that shift. Today, leading B2C companies like Sky are already using telli to deploy thousands of voice agents to provide their customers with a new experience. But building a first voice agent is easy, getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. telli helps companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade, and we intend to win it. We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. Be it engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture. Check out our principles to see how we work. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a role for people with great taste in designing software & AI systems. You will own design across the company and find novel UX patterns to solve problems that haven’t existed in software products before. We are pushing the limits of LLMs and looking for someone to build the future with us. Things that you might work on: * designing UX patterns that work both for web applications and within chat (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, etc.) * agentic loops that let customers analyze and improve their voice agents * define and implement design language of our product & brand WHAT WE LOOK FOR we believe that the role of a product designer and engineer are merging. We are looking for someone who wants to shape that shift with us. If you are designer who has never written production code, that is ok - as long as you are willing to experiment and learn. * Aesthetic taste - can you craft visually appealing products * Functional - you can craft products that solve real problems * Unassuming - you don’t work on assumptions but build a mental model from real customer insights & conversations * High Ownership - Nobody has to tell you what to do, you just do things * First Principles Thinking - You don’t take what people say at face value. You make sure you understand the underlying problem * AI-pilled - You are heavily leveraging AI in your work * Strive in ambiguity - You are able to jump into novel ambiguous problem, understand the reason and solve it * Builder - You love to create things. Bonus if you also create things in code The most important signal for us is your portfolio and the things you have built. We don’t care too much about years of experience or what companies you worked at. More the things you created. WHAT MAY NOT MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT * you prefer a remote-first environment * you want to be told exactly what to do * you mostly care about the tech, not business outcomes * you want to work 9-5 PERKS * very competitive pay + equity package * access to any (AI) tools * free dinners if you stay late * urban sports * relocation support if you don’t live in Berlin
