As our Founders Associate, you'll be a right hand to our CEO and execute our strategy across all topics and areas. You tackle the
critical questions: Where is the market going and how do we position ourselves to benefit? Which data can point us into the right
direction strategically? And how do we scale our internal processes and systems for maximum success? Working fully autonomously
alongside our founder, your decisions will directly influence our company's trajectory and success. On a typical day, your tasks

while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You've worked directly with leadership teams to drive critical initiatives and

ABOUT PEEC AI Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities are. Peec AI helps teams measure their visibility across AI search, track performance over time, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Founders Associate to work directly with our founders and leadership team as we scale. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone exceptional who wants to see how a company gets built from the inside. You'll start with a sales focus, helping shape our playbook and uncover new revenue. You'll learn more in a year here than most people do in five, and the work you do will have a direct line to how fast we grow.
