DEINE AUFGABEN * Erweitere unser Partner-Netzwerk im deutschen Markt durch gezielte Outbound-Ansprache per Telefon, E-Mail und in digitalen Meetings und mach aus Erstkontakten echte, aktive Partnerbetriebe. * Verantworte die Onboarding-Kommunikation für neue Partner und verkürze die Time-to-First-Value, damit sie schneller starten und länger bei Cloover bleiben. * Übernimm die Post-Sales-Kommunikation zu Verträgen, Prozessen und Rechnungen, schnelle, klare Antworten, die Vertrauen aufbauen statt Tickets zu erzeugen. * Halte unsere HubSpot-Datenbank sauber und unsere Vertriebsreports belastbar damit Entscheidungen auf Zahlen basieren, denen das ganze Team vertraut. * Schule Vertriebsmitarbeitende aus unseren Partnerorganisationen, damit sie unsere Produkte überzeugend verkaufen und ihre Pipeline schneller schließen. * Treibe unsere Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen voran und übersetze die Insights in konkrete Verbesserungen, nicht in Berichte, die liegen bleiben. * Unterstütze die Gründer:innen im Tagesgeschäft und treibe eigene strategische Projekte mit Sichtbarkeit auf C-Level voran. Das sind die Voraussetzungen für deinen Erfolg in dieser Rolle: * Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in oder im Gap Year und für mindestens 3 Monate, idealerweise 6 Monate verfügbar (Startdatum ASAP). * Du hast bereits in einem schnell wachsenden Startup, einer Top-Tier-Beratung oder einem Finanzunternehmen gearbeitet und kannst konkret zeigen, was du dort eigenverantwortlich vorangebracht hast. * Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend und führst Verkaufs- sowie Onboarding-Gespräche in beiden Sprachen sicher. * Du erkennst selbst, was zu tun ist, und legst los ohne darauf zu warten, dass dir jemand sagt, was als Nächstes kommt. * Du bist in Berlin ansässig und gehst mit Energie in den Büroalltag. We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to support the growth and day-to-day management of our German-language social media presence. The role is suited to a native German speaker with strong social media taste, an understanding of current platform trends, and practical experience managing corporate social media accounts. The person will help to create platform-native content, draft and schedule posts, support short-form video production, and coordinate Legal and Compliance review by preparing and submitting content approval tickets. What you'll do * Manage and grow Trading 212's German-language social media accounts. * Drive growth through creation of social media posts, captions, short-form videos. * Analyze social media trends and competitor activity in the fintech space. * Engage in video content creation for Instagram and TikTok. * Improve account performance, engagement, audience growth, and content learnings. * Contribute ideas for organic growth campaigns and community engagement. What you need to have * Native German speaker with excellent communication skills. * Strong interest in social media, content trends, creator formats, and storytelling. * Previous experience in managing (corporate) social media accounts. * Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video formats. * Ability to write posts with the right tone for a regulated financial brand. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage deadlines, review cycles, and multiple content pieces at once. We're now expanding our presence in Germany, and strengthening our AML team. As an AML Oversight Associate, you will help build and maintain a rigorous Oversight, Quality Control and Assurance programme, in fulfilment of our regulatory compliance, internal/external oversight, critical outsourcing, and audit requirements. What you'll do * Oversight of the Transaction Monitoring and the screening programme, and completion of alert checking; * Undertaking ECDD, OCDD, PEPs, Sanctions and adverse media reviews when directed by MLRO/DMLRO; * Creating and maintaining MI data in relation to the oversight programme; * Stay informed on any changes to AML/CTF laws, regulations, and best practices; * Assist with FIU SAR reporting, as and when required; * Assist in updating Trading 212’s AML Program and relevant procedures; * Assist drafting periodic compliance reporting for Senior Management, the Risk & Compliance Committee and the Board as required. What you need to have * You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree. * Interest in Oversight, QC/QA, AFC, AML, Fraud, or related areas within fintech; prior experience is a plus. * Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving, delivering comparable and useful MI to internal and external stakeholders. * Stakeholder management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, with competing priorities, to ensure alignment of the German oversight programme with the Group. * Mindset: Proactive, curious, and structured, with a strong sense of integrity and ownership. * Communication: Fluent in English and German; Other European languages are a plus. * Tools: Experience with quantitative analysis, familiarity with office software such as Excel/Google Sheets.
