About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead Peec AI’s sales organization as we scale globally. You’ll be responsible for
hiring and developing a high-performing team, setting the standards for our sales culture, and building a repeatable revenue
engine. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll own targets and forecasting, help close key deals, and work closely with the
founders, product, and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we sell as
we grow from early traction into a mature, high-performing sales organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our EMEA sales team as we scale across the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales – EMEA, you'll coach a team of AI Search Managers to consistent overperformance, own the full funnel from pipeline to closed revenue, and turn our sales playbook into disciplined, repeatable execution. This is a hands-on management role: you'll run forecasts and pipeline reviews, jump into key deals alongside your reps, and work closely with the Head of Sales to sharpen how we sell as we grow from early traction into a mature, high-performing sales organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead, coach, and develop our team of AI Search Managers to consistently hit and exceed quota * Own your team's pipeline and revenue targets, forecast with precision, and drive pipeline visibility and hygiene * Roll up your sleeves on key deals, joining discovery calls, demos, and negotiations alongside your reps * Run a tight operating rhythm: pipeline reviews, 1:1s, call coaching, and performance management * Execute and continuously refine our AI Search Manager motion * Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows, and feed customer insights back to the Head of Sales, Product, and Marketing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2+ years of experience leading SaaS sales teams as a Sales Manager or Team Lead, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment * Track record as a top-performing AE before stepping into leadership * High bar for qualification, with clear ICP understanding and disciplined discovery skills * Strong coach and operator with a data-driven mindset and sharp commercial judgment * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments BONUS POINTS * Experience selling AI, MarTech or developer tools * Track record of working effectively within a PLG motion * Familiarity with broad modern sales stack (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, etc.) * Experience selling across EMEA markets; additional European languages (e.g. German, French) are a plus * Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment WHAT WE OFFER * Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups * Regular team events and off-sites * Aggressive equity compensation package * Paid Meal & Uber home when working late * The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

The size of the responsibility comes from top-line ownership. Quota chasing is not the job. You shape the work and execute it. WHAT YOU’LL DO 🎯 * Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end. You'll be the person behind the growth. The one advertisers ask when something breaks. The one our CEO checks in with when an account spikes. * Grow the revenue line. You are measured on the top-line you grow, not on activity. You communicate clearly, you drive yourself without being managed, and you stay open-minded when the data proves you wrong. * Run the ROAS dial. Tune Almedia's internal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets per offer, geo, and OS, often hourly. Translate cap-fill outcomes and retention targets into bid moves. Use Hex (or comparable SQL-notebook tool), Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Almedia's internal Freecash AI every working day. * Catch problems before advertisers do. Know what each account should do next before they ask. Push budget increases, geo expansions, format tests on a schedule. Intervene before a metric becomes a complaint. * Translate between commercial and technical teams. When a partner reports cost-data drift, you debug, push our engineering teams for an ETA, and frame the response back to the partner. * Ship the playbook. Document improvements to the Growth team's standard operating procedures every week. WHAT YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS LOOK LIKE * Days 1–30: Shadow our Senior Growth Managers on their account calls. Take over 2 small accounts (sub-€10K daily spend) and learn the backbone of our growth engine. * Days 31–60: Take over a full book of 5–10 accounts. Own your first KPI review with our Director or CEO. Contribute with your first written process improvement. * Days 61–90: Senior team treats you as the named owner. You're already covering for a peer's vacation. You've spotted at least one non-obvious revenue lever on your book. * Beyond 90 days: Within a few years, the path runs from regional accounts to country ownership to multi-country or vertical leadership (gaming, non-gaming) to regional head (EMEA) or global. Salary and equity scale with each step. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 💡 * You're hungry and looking for a challenge. You're an underdog by nature. You want to build and own real outcomes, not collect a title. * You tell stories with data. You read the numbers, then you tell their story. A 15% cohort revenue drop on a daily view? You spot it in under 30 seconds and you explain it in two sentences a non-technical listener gets. #datastoryteller * You're bilingual in the best sense, equally fluent and comfortable talking commercial with advertisers and technical with algorithm teams in the same day. Bonus points if you: * Know your way around platform-marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU. If you don't yet, you will by week 2- we'll onboard you on the math. * Have managed a book of advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA. If not, we're more than willing to develop you into that role. * Have hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular. You can read postbacks, navigate attribution disputes, and explain View-Through Attribution to a confused partner. * Have built and grown a book of business in a measurable way, for example taking a €2M/yr account book to €8M/yr in 18 months. * Top-tier consulting (MBB) or scale-up Senior Associate background. We hire the for right thoughts. Rewarded-UA depth comes in your first 60 days. * Have actually used Hex, worked inside the admin of a rewarded UA platform, or been on the advertiser side of one. As a Head of Sales (DACH), you will play a crucial role in leading our commercial strategy and revenue growth across German speaking markets. Your role will be to drive regional revenue growth across both new logo acquisitions and our existing customer portfolio. By establishing new accounts and ensuring a world-class customer experience, you will directly strengthen Epidemic Sound’s position as the undisputed market leader in the DACH region. You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional regional team consisting of a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs). In this position, you will report to the VP of Enterprise Europe & APAC, collaborating closely with international leadership colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and localize our market impact. Your key responsibilities include * Lead, coach, and mentor a cross-functional regional team, creating a strong performance culture focused on key commercial KPIs and behavioral activity tracking. * Operate with a true player/coach mentality, actively executing and closing a portion of enterprise sales yourself to lead from the front line. * Generate new enterprise customer accounts while overseeing the health, retention, and expansion of the existing regional portfolio. * Define and continuously refine regional sales best practices and operational processes in close collaboration with global commercial and customer success leaders. * Act as an active talent ambassador, taking responsibility for optimal team setup, hiring top-tier commercial talent, and driving performance and development conversations. * Maintain a hands-on approach with a portfolio of prospective high-value clients, demonstrating best-in-class client communication and operational effectiveness. Requirements * 4+ years of managerial experience leading, coaching, and motivating high-performing commercial team members. * 8+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably from the technology, SaaS, or software industries with a solid understanding of driving complex regional sales. * Proven consultative sales and business development expertise from both an individual contributor and leadership perspective. * Demonstrated experience working within an AI-native or AI-forward environment, with a proven track record of leading teams that leverage AI tools to automate workflows and optimize commercial operations. * A proven track record of operating through customer obsession, while fully owning outcomes in a fast, learning-driven and high-trust organization to hit and exceed commercial targets. * Strong management presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive organizational efficiencies. * Fluency in Business English and native/fluent alignment with the German-speaking (DACH) market requirements.
