Dann schau dir unsere Werkstudierenden-Stellen an.

This isn’t your regular job. Almedia is a place where those who want to push harder can accelerate their careers faster than anywhere else. We’re aiming to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn. Almedia is already Europe’s #3 fastest-growing company in 2025 (FT1000). We are building the future of marketing by rewarding our community of over 70 million users for engaging with our advertisers’ products. We are offering a new way to acquire users for the biggest companies in the world. We're looking for an Engineering Working Student to join the founding engineering team building Link, Almedia's newest product. This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Director of Engineering and a small, high-caliber team from the ground up. WORKING STUDENT ENGINEERING (Part-time • 1-year contract) YOU ARE: * An engineering student who wants real product exposure, not a checkbox internship. * Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving early-stage environment. * Ambitious - you want to be the person who knows the product inside out. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Support Partner Onboarding: Ensure technical setups are functional, verify metrics, and maintain accurate database entries as Link scales its partner network. * Own Testing & QA: We'll literally pay you to play mobile games - bonus awaits if you break them (or our systems) in interesting ways. That's basically QA here: you'll own functional testing across our product, mobile included, and build a sharp instinct for catching issues before users ever see them. * Enable the Engineering Team: Support team members with setup tasks and day-to-day technical needs so they can stay focused on higher-complexity work. * Build Better Workflows: Continuously improve and automate the operational processes you own, reducing manual overhead as the product matures. * Programming Opportunities: As you grow, you'll get chances to contribute hands-on to programming work alongside the team. * Grow Your Technical Depth: Work closely with the Director of Engineering and the founding team, with exposure to how a technical product is built and scaled from early stage. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡 * Engineering Curiosity: You're studying engineering or a related field and are drawn to how systems work in practice. * Reliability: You do repetitive tasks well and consistently, without complaining. The team needs to be able to depend on you for the (un)glamorous work that keeps the product running. * Initiative & Backbone: You ask hard questions, push back when something doesn't make sense, and take ownership without needing to be chased. * Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus - but attitude and aptitude matter far more than your current stack. * Availability: Able to commit to at least a year in the role. WHY ALMEDIA? * Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one. * Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin. * Clear Path Forward: Strong performers move into a junior developer role at the end of the engagement. We believe in fostering talent, evaluating all skill levels during the hiring process, and providing a clear path for growth. Almedia is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace and celebrate diversity, and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
ABOUT US Every 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers around the world. For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and advice that is often unhelpful. Most people today still cannot simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with businesses. AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company - from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. The number of conversations businesses will handle is going to explode in the coming years. At telli, we are solving the challenges that come with that shift. Today, leading B2C companies like Sky are already using telli to deploy thousands of voice agents to provide their customers with a new experience. But building a first voice agent is easy, getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. telli helps companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade, and we intend to win it. We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. Be it engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. All of us like to challenge ourselves and take real ownership over what we do, all while still staying humble and keeping a low-ego culture. Check out our principles to see how we work. ABOUT THE ROLE This is the perfect role for someone early in their career (e.g. recent grad) who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world. As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli. You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO Customer Ownership & Operations * Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents * Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues * Help track agent performance and customer health metrics * Support customer workshops and training sessions Agent Development * Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team * Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management * Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency * Document best practices and playbooks Cross-Functional Collaboration * Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams * Support operational tasks that help telli scale * Prepare materials for customer and team meetings * Jump in wherever needed to move projects forward WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT * You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed * You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background) * You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing * You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering * You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work * You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast YOU MAY NOT MAKE A GOOD FIT IF… * You have a pure business background but never worked with workflows or AI agents * You only like 'strategic' work * You want to work 9-5 or remotely
