ABOUT US What if your work could drive change in a globally established industry, shaping processes that touch every corner of the world? At Forto, we are at the forefront of change, harnessing the power of AI to revolutionise logistics. We want to reinvent digital supply chains to be transparent, frictionless and sustainable. From day one, our mission has been to simplify global trade – creating a seamless and efficient logistics process. YOUR ROLE & MISSION At Forto, we are made to move forward. We are transforming one of the world’s most complex industries by solving what others still treat as unsolvable. As Team Lead Product Manager for Financials, you will lead the product team responsible for the systems that turn commercial commitments, costs, revenue, and margin into reliable financial execution and business control. You will own the Financials product domain - one of Forto’s most critical areas - ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost control, margin protection, and trusted financial visibility. This is not a traditional finance tooling role. It sits at the intersection of logistics and finance, where complex operational challenges, partner costs, customer agreements, and fragmented processes must be transformed into scalable product solutions. You will also lead and coach two Product Managers working on closely connected domains, shaping the team's direction, raising the quality of product thinking, and helping them grow into stronger product leaders. This role is for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks at both system and detail level, influences across functions, and turns ambiguity into clear product direction. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Lead the PM team responsible for Forto’s financial execution flow: Financials, procured services, committed capacity, cost structures, and margin control. * Own the Financials product strategy across revenue, cost, invoicing, VAT, FX, reporting, financial controls, profit visibility, and customer-facing financial flows. * Turn critical financial, commercial, operational, and data problems into clear product direction. * Help Forto protect margin, reduce leakage, improve cost-to-serve, and build trusted financial visibility. * Build strong narratives that align Finance, Tax, Operations, Engineering, Product, Data, Commercial, and Leadership around difficult decisions. * Coach two PMs, raise product quality, and help them grow in ownership, judgement, communication, and strategic thinking. * Explore where AI-enabled solutions can improve automation, exception handling, decision support, process quality, or operational efficiency. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years of Product Management experience in a complex B2B, platform, logistics, supply chain, financial systems, marketplace, or enterprise product environment. * Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing Product Managers, ideally for at least 2 years. * Strong systems thinking: you can connect product, process, data, operations, commercial logic, and financial outcomes. * Strong product judgement in ambiguous environments: you do not wait for a perfect map before moving forward. * Proven ability to influence through clear narrative: you can align senior stakeholders, explain trade-offs, and help groups with competing priorities commit to a direction. * Comfort working in financially sensitive, operationally critical, regulated, or audit-relevant environments. * Practical AI literacy, including experience using, shaping, or evaluating AI-enabled products, automation, or decision-support capabilities. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, procurement, cost control, or operational platforms. * Experience in financial systems, billing, accounting-adjacent products, pricing, tax, reporting, or financial control. * Experience leading product work in domains with high regulatory, audit, data-quality, or operational reliability requirements. * Experience applying AI or LLM-based capabilities to operational workflows, exception handling, automation, or decision support. Don’t fit all of our criteria? That’s okay! We know that you might be hesitant to apply if you don’t meet all our requirements, but here at Forto, we pride ourselves on embracing diverse perspectives and celebrating potential. If you are passionate about this position and the Forto values, please apply anyway. There could be a place for you in this role - or another one that’s a perfect fit! WHY WORK WITH US? Our team is hard-working, constantly seeking to maximise the impact of their work, but we put our people first, always winning with care. We value efficient systems and swift, direct communication. We want everyone to have their time to speak, so that we can embrace diverse perspectives to help drive towards solutions always.

Upvest is backed by €280M in total funding from world-class investors, including BlackRock, Tencent, Sapphire Ventures, and Bessemer Venture Partners, Earlybird, Notion Capital, and Motive. Our latest €105M funding round in March 2026 - led by Sapphire and Tencent - serves as a massive catalyst for our growth, allowing us to offer premier investment experience. ABOUT THE ROLE: As Upvest continues to scale, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Product - Clients. You will work closely with Florian Thiel, Christian Wöhlke, and the Product & Engineering teams of the tribe (3 domain teams in total). In addition you will need to build strong relations with the Operations, Banking and Commercial leadership teams, owning topics critical to Upvest's product and business success. Lead the clients tribe's product vision and strategy: As Head of Product, you start leading one of the Clients tribe teams directly, while guiding the overarching strategy and success of the Clients Tribe and you start scaling yourself. You will work very closely with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product to define the tribe's strategy, set OKRs, and shape the long-term roadmap. The goal: to power Upvest's asymmetric scaling by building the intelligent, seamless "AI-experience", internal and external, that makes flawless API experiences the foundation of Upvest's ecosystem. Drive asymmetric scaling through intelligent, agentic operations: Your challenge is to make our tools and workflows scale without lockstep headcount growth.. That means embedding intelligence and automation into every process, and exploring how agentic operations, AI agents handling operational workflows end to end, can take on work that today needs manual effort. You'll be the go-to voice for applied AI across our tooling, helping the business run efficiently and helping clients get to market faster, at lower cost and higher reliability. Take tooling into its next stage: You'll own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront, both key strategic product enablers for scaling the business, and drive it forward through OKRs, deciding where to push deeper automation, broaden coverage, or reimagine a workflow entirely. You'll work directly with the Engineering team, and stay close to the people the products serve, so every step forward is one that truly matters. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Significant impact and strategic influence, shaping the roadmap and scaling strategy with a seat at the table with engineering and product leadership. * Autonomy coupled with inspirational leadership. You fully own the product success of your team and function. * Product-centricity throughout the organisation, with no struggle for relevance that product people may encounter elsewhere. * Product Engineering culture, working closely with engineering counterparts guided by joint OKRs and a clear roadmap. * An exceptional team, combining impactful work with a relaxed, fun atmosphere and consistently high eNPS. * Continuous learning across investments, API products, and a state-of-the-art tech stack. WHAT YOU BRING: * 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal and/or external tooling. Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience is a big plus. * Proven people leadership of teams of 3+ people. * Firm grasp of UI/UX best practices; can ideate and prototype through lo-fi wireframes and collaborate closely with design. * Strong track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and bridging dependencies. * Be a sponge. You don't need to be a finance or investment expert, but you'll need to absorb complex topics quickly (subledger reconciliation, mutual fund trading flow) and apply strong product fundamentals. * Experience with agile software development, delivering features and outcomes consistently. * Comfortable with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma. * Familiarity with API documentation standards and an interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar) is a strong plus. HOW WE UPVEST IN YOU: * Best-in-class AI tools: Every Upvenger has €20,000 per year to spend on the best AI tools available — so you're always working with the most powerful models and tooling on the market. * Impact-driven work: We’re building the infrastructure that will power the future of investing in Europe. It’s complex, ambitious, and meaningful. You’ll work with modern technologies and create something entirely new. No legacy systems, no limits. * Wellbeing: Recharge with 30 days of annual leave and maintain a healthy lifestyle with sports benefits. Access confidential professional coaching and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely abroad for up to 183 days a year. Recharge with UpRest, a one-month fully paid sabbatical after every 4 years of working at Upvest. * Development: Growth is in our DNA. Each Upvenger has access to a personal development budget and the freedom to decide how to use it. * Flexible work environment: Work from any of our hubs in Berlin, London or Tallinn hybrid or remotely across Europe, depending on the role.
