Synthflow is building the infrastructure layer for enterprise voice AI. As we scale, the systems, processes, and data that power
our product team need to scale with us.
We’re looking for a Product Operations Intern to support the product team across tooling, analytics, documentation, and
cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design, gaining hands-on
experience in how a fast-growing AI company builds and ships products at scale.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into product, operations, or tech from a related background and learn how

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting our revenue-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape our customer experience and accelerate finmid's growth. This internship intends to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful full-time role at finmid, and we will extend job offers to return full-time for the best performers. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Assist in customer onboarding, conducting business reviews, and improving operational processes under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager. * Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements. * Support the optimization of operational workflows to enable scalable growth. * Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption. * Build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Background: * You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. * Ideally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area. MISSION As the Workplace Operations Intern at telli, you help create the environment our team does its best work in. You support everything around our Berlin office, team events, and workplace experience - and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company operates day to day. Perfect if you want to learn how a fast-moving startup works from the inside. ABOUT THE ROLE This is the perfect role for someone early in their career (e.g. recent grad) who wants to get deep exposure to how startups operate, work directly with customers, and help scale AI products in the real world. As an AI Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the founders across both onboarding/agent development and customer success, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli. You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.
