SAP FI/CO Senior Consultant – S/4HANA Transformation | EMEA

We at WeQuel are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Senior Consultants to join our network for S/4HANA transformation programs.

You will take full ownership of the Finance and Controlling workstream, working closely with business stakeholders from solution

design through go-live and hypercare.

Your responsibilities:

Analyse and optimise existing business processes within SAP FI/CO

Advise on architecture decisions and support solution design within the S/4HANA transformation

Plan and facilitate FIT/GAP workshops with business and finance stakeholders

Design, customise and implement SAP FI/CO processes in S/4HANA

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Finance and Controlling domain

Prepare and execute data migration activities

Plan and execute testing and end-user training

Support cutover, go-live and hypercare phases

Communicate with stakeholders up to C-level and ensure quality assurance within the workstream

Must have:

Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience

Proven end-to-end S/4HANA transformation experience — at least one full project lifecycle

Deep expertise in SAP Controlling — Product Costing, Cost Centers, CO-PA and Profitability Analysis

Experience facilitating FIT/GAP workshops and driving solution design independently
