confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group

customers since its founding in 2016.
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established
profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused,
repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and
disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint
business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product,
monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal,
Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution
roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer
lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined
experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based,
lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and
business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability,

You bring 7+ years in B2B SaaS, with significant time at the Head of / Director or VP level leading revenue-generating organizations at meaningful scale. Has unified a revenue organization. You have brought commercial functions - Sales, Partner, Marketing alignment, RevOps, and Customer Success - into one coherent revenue engine, and you understand how the parts compound when run as a system rather than silos. Operated through scaling phases. You have stewarded a sales or revenue organization through a critical scaling phase and have seen first-hand where structures, processes, and people models break. Builder of scalable commercial systems. You have designed and run funnel architectures, forecasting cadences, performance frameworks, and quota models - with discipline and consistency, not just on paper. Strategic and data-driven operator. You translate company-level objectives into quarterly targets, sales motions, and team-level priorities. You run the organization against the numbers, not against opinions. SMB to Mid-Market fluency. You understand the economics, motion, and team dynamics of selling to SMB and Mid-Market customers, and know how to balance velocity with deal quality. High standards, low ego. You combine executive presence with a hands-on builder's mentality, and lead through clarity and example rather than hierarchy. German is a plus. A good working understanding of German is welcome, but not a requirement. WHO WE DON'T WANT Strong operator without strategic range. You execute well on a defined plan, but have not yet led at the level of org design, headcount strategy, and cross-functional revenue planning. Single-function thinker. You think strictly in sales metrics and have not worked closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success as one revenue system with shared targets and shared accountability. Needs a fully built environment. You rely on mature enablement, RevOps, or people functions being in place, rather than shaping and scaling them as the organization grows. First-time senior revenue leader. You are stepping into a senior revenue leadership role for the first time and have not yet steered an organization through a scaling phase.
