As the Senior Global Integrated B2B Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing direction for one of Wolt’s most
strategic B2B business units. You will act as the marketing lead for Wolt for Work or Commerce Platform, responsible for turning
business goals into clear priorities, strong narratives, and focused go-to-market execution across markets.
This role is about direction, judgment, and orchestration. You will work with specialized B2B marketing functions such as product
marketing, content, paid, lifecycle, events, creative, brand, and PR, who own craft and execution. Your job is to make sense of it
all, ask the hard questions, challenge assumptions, and ensure everything ladders up to one cohesive strategy that drives growth.
You will operate as a senior, trusted partner to product and commercial leaders, leading through influence rather than people
management, and acting as a force multiplier for the entire marketing organization.

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Operations team to build and scale the marketing technology and automation layer powering Urban Sports Club’s B2C growth. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, marketing technology, and data activation, with a primary focus on enabling and scaling our CRM infrastructure while extending its impact across paid acquisition, product, and partnerships. You will act as the system owner and enabler, ensuring our tools, automation, and data are fully leveraged to drive efficient, personalized, and scalable growth. Your focus will be on non-emergency transport providers, insurance companies, and healthcare organisations, with direct involvement in complex tender processes and strategic sales cycles. You will be at the forefront of bringing our Health suite of solutions to market, helping modernise and optimise patient transport services.
