At praxipal, we are building an AI-powered healthcare admin workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff.
Medical assistants are too valuable to spend their days chasing callbacks, cleaning up schedules, sending repetitive messages, or
wrestling with invoicing and documentation workflows. Staff should spend time on patients. That’s why we build Luna.
Our AI receptionist, Luna, answers and automates phone calls and she’s loved by hundreds of medical practitioners. Right now,
we’re expanding her from calls to end-to-end patient communication across any channel. Over the next years, we’ll grow her into an
AI worker that automates all administrative processes in medical practices, embedded directly into the systems practice teams
already use.
We’re backed by one of Europe’s leading investors and are one of the fastest growing healthtech startups in Germany. Our team has
previously worked and studied at Palantir, Amazon, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute.
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale Luna from hundreds of medical practitioners to hundreds of thousands.
This is a deeply technical, high-ownership engineering role. You'll design, build, and operate production systems end-to-end -
from architecture through to deployment and beyond.
We move fast and learn faster. One week you might be shipping a new AI agent capability; the next, you're re-architecting an
integration layer or hardening our platform for the next order-of-magnitude growth. You'll always be working on whatever matters
most for Luna's future.
You'll ship to production daily, own outcomes from first commit to last alert, and raise the technical bar for the entire
engineering organization.
This role is on-site in Berlin.

ABOUT US STARK is a defense technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high-performance unmanned vehicles that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective – giving NATO and its allies a decisive edge in the most contested environments. We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today. ABOUT THE TEAM Minerva is STARK's command and control software — the brain that connects operators to autonomous systems across multiple domains in real time. The Minerva team is a small, senior software group based in Berlin and Munich, working directly with our systems and hardware teams to build mission-critical C2 capabilities deployed in active operational environments. We move fast, ship real software, and operate under constraints most engineers never encounter — low-bandwidth networks, air-gapped devices, high-stakes decision loops. There is no room for abstraction for its own sake. Everything we build ends up in the hands of real operators in the field. YOUR MISSION As a Robotics Engineer with a focus on embedded perception systems, you will play a critical role in enabling real-time autonomy onboard next-generation UAV platforms. You will work directly with camera data pipelines, ROS2-based systems, and embedded compute platforms to build robust, efficient, and scalable perception functionality. You will contribute as a highly skilled individual contributor—hands-on with the system—bridging diverse codebases and enabling data flows across native ROS2 nodes, legacy frameworks, and containerized third-party modules. Your work will be essential to ensuring that our autonomous systems operate reliably in real-world, resource-constrained environments. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and integrate real-time perception pipelines on embedded platforms such as the Jetson Nano NX. * Migrate legacy monolithic systems to ROS2, refactoring and modularizing components for better scalability and maintainability. * Enable and optimize image data access across native and containerized components (e.g., Dockerized ROS2 processes). * Design and implement low-level camera and sensor drivers for real-time vision acquisition. * Collaborate with AI, controls, and hardware teams to ensure tight integration between perception and other onboard subsystems. * Profile and debug system performance under embedded constraints (compute, thermal, bandwidth), ensuring stability and robustness in field deployments. * Contribute to system-level architecture discussions with a focus on communication reliability and modularity. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * Strong experience with ROS2, including real-world deployment and integration of perception modules. * Proficient in Python and C++ for embedded and robotics development. * Solid background in robotics, autonomous systems, embedded development, or aerospace applications. * Familiarity with embedded Linux platforms, particularly NVIDIA Jetson devices. * Experience integrating containerized processes (e.g., Docker) into onboard robotic systems. * Ability to navigate and coordinate between different frameworks (ROS2, legacy/custom codebases, third-party modules). * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in real-time or resource-constrained environments. * Effective communicator and team player in multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced development cycles. * Willingness to travel occasionally for field testing and deployment.
THE MISSION We are an established, profitable company in the privacy and adtech space - helping publishers and media houses across Europe offer cross-publisher monetization models. Our technology powers multiple billion page impressions every month, and we’re scaling fast into new markets. We combine the best of both worlds: the stability of a profitable business and the agility and ownership mindset of a startup. Every team member has a visible impact and we encourage you to shape not just our products but also our culture. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of our SDK - the core component integrated into partner websites. This SDK manages communication with CMPs (Consent Management Platforms) and our stack, ensuring privacy compliance, performance, and reliability at scale. You’ll be responsible for evolving the SDK into a high-performance, secure, and extensible framework that can: * Integrate with additional CMPs * Unlock access to premium content models * Potentially detect and block 3rd-party requests, ads, and trackers This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of web performance, browser internals, and privacy technology - someone who takes pride in writing elegant, efficient, and secure TypeScript code. What You'll Do * Own the design, development, and evolution of our web SDK used across publisher integrations. * Ensure high performance, reliability and scalability for billions of monthly impressions. * Work closely with the whole engineering and product teams to extend SDK functionality for new CMPs and features. * Debug complex browser and integration issues across different environments. * Champion best practices for security, maintainability and developer experience. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineers and stakeholders to ship improvements quickly. YOUR PROFILE Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web APIs. * Strong experience debugging in complex, cross-browser environments. * Solid understanding of browser networking, cookies, privacy and security mechanisms. * Experience building SDKs, libraries or embeddable scripts at scale. * Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset - you ship and iterate fast. * You care about understanding how things work and improving them, not just completing tasks. * Strong English communication skills in written and verbal communication - you thrive in explaining technical challenges to your peers. Mindset * Intrinsic motivation - you care about why, not just what. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn - you stay up-to-date with technology trends and share it with the team. * Ownership mentality - you take responsibility and follow through. * Pragmatic problem-solver - you value clarity, simplicity, and maintainability. * Product-focused thinking - you consider the real-world context and user impact behind the code. Nice-to-Have * Familiarity with privacy tech, adtech, or CMP integrations. * Experience with APIs and caching layers. * Familiarity with Node.js and modern CI/CD environments. * Interest in performance profiling, browser automation or content blocking. WHY US? Why You’ll Love Working Here * Impact: Your work directly affects billions of web requests monthly and that makes you proud. * Ownership: Take the lead on a mission-critical SDK with real autonomy. * Flexibility: Remote-first culture, flexible working hours and async-friendly communication. * Growth: Be part of a profitable, scaling company entering new markets. * Equity Upside: Participate in our beneficiary share program. * Culture: A collaborative, fast-moving team where new ideas are encouraged and deployed fast.
