We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to come tech lead Unity Catalog Runtime Enforcement. We build and harden the runtime enforcement layer for Unity Catalog, ensuring secure, consistent authorization and data access across Databricks compute, engines, and clouds. This reduces incidents and simplifies customer choices by unifying enforcement semantics.  The impact you will have: * Lead and grow and engineering team delivering runtime enforcement outcomes in a high-severity, cross-org domain; establish scope, SLAs, and phased roadmaps. * Establish single-source-of-truth scope, operating model, and durable mechanisms for enforcement. * Lead multi-year, multi-team initiatives that shape how Databricks enforces Unity Catalog at runtime across compute types and engines. * Introduce tools to allow greater automation and operability of services. * Use your deep experience to help prevent and investigate production issues. * Plan and lead complicated technical projects that work with several teams within the company. * Contribute as a technical team lead by mentoring others, lead sprint planning, delegating work and assignments to team members and participate in project planning. This hybrid role is based in Dublin, Ireland (Full relocation provided). Your mission is to drive architecture, technical strategy, and implementation of AI agents for Toast's Team area which is part of the Fintech line of business. You will be one of the most senior technologists in line of business. The Team area is a mission-critical space on which our restaurants rely to manage their staff and optimize their labor. COUNTRY LEAD IT – GERMANY * Reports to: IT Cluster Director – Securitas Technology * Location: Germany * Language: German and English required PURPOSE The Country IT Lead will establish and lead Securitas Technology’s IT presence in Germany, acting as the strategic interface between IT and business. This role drives technology adoption, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across the country while ensuring alignment with European IT strategy. Education * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience & Knowledge * 5+ years of senior IT experience, ideally in IT management, service delivery, or business analyst leadership roles. * Proven experience in ERP migrations, operational systems, endpoint management, cyber security, and digital transformation. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; fluency in German and English. * Experience working in service-based or security industries preferred. * Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft and/or Oracle technologies, and IT project management methodologies.
