The industry is referring to a "war for talent". There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than it is today. We are truly in the people economy, which means that recruitment is not only crucial but also a significant competitive advantage. To lead this change, we rethought recruitment.
You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.

TL;DR — Lovable is hiring a Community Growth Manager for Partnerships & Ambassador to formalize and accelerate the builder community that's already forming around Lovable — recruiting the people who have hard earned impact and credibility in our ecosystem, funding their work, and building the external partnerships that put Lovable in front of the right audiences. WHY LOVABLE? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we're just getting started. We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 6–10 years of experience in community-led growth, partnerships, developer advocacy, influencer marketing, or startup growth * You've run an ambassador or advocate program before, or you've been an ambassador yourself and understand what actually makes them feel valued and excited * Strong network instincts: you know how to identify who's credible in a community before everyone else does, and you know how to build a relationship that lasts longer than a campaign * High external EQ — you're genuinely energized by other people's success and know how to celebrate it without making it about the company * Comfortable managing multiple external relationships simultaneously across different geographies, time zones, and community types * Experience with partnership structures, sponsorships, or co-marketing agreements is a strong plus WHAT YOU'LL DO Ambassador program * Own the design and structure of the Lovable Ambassador Program * Lead outbound sourcing and ambassador relationship building * Run the 1:1 intake process for each new ambassador: understand their individual motivation, map what they actually want from the relationship, and design their participation around it * Build and manage the ambassador toolkit to ensure high quality activations and brand representation Community partnerships * Own and design Lovable's community partnership tracks * Identify and establish strategic partnerships: relationships with aligned communities or education providers where Lovable becomes the default builder tool Ecosystem health and celebration * Be Lovable's fan’s biggest fan * Surface product feedback from ambassadors and partners to the PM team on a regular cadence * Track and report on program health across internal crossfunctional teams and initiatives ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION Please submit your application in English. It's our company language, so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally — if you're interested, please apply through our careers portal.
TL;DR — Lovable is hiring a Community Growth Manager for Campus to build the program that makes Lovable the default app-building tool on every campus that produces the next generation of entrepreneurs and builders. WHY LOVABLE? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 3–6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, student marketing, or a startup role where you owned end-to-end programs * Deep familiarity with university ecosystems (entrepreneurship clubs, CS programs, design schools, hackathon culture) from having operated inside them, not just adjacent to them * Builder instincts: you've shipped something yourself, or you're obsessed with people who do * Strong operator with bias toward doing: you'd rather run the first event imperfectly than wait for the perfect playbook * Experience with event logistics, cohort programs, or ambassador-style communities is a strong plus * Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to define the role as much as fill it WHAT YOU'LL DO Campus program design and launch * Own the Lovable Campus Leads Program end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention of student champions * Identify and hand-pick campus leads * Design and run the on-campus event playbook Cohort operations and community health * Set expectations, keep leads activated, collect product feedback, and celebrate wins loudly * Be the person who knows each campus lead and their administration champions personally — their motivation, their context, their builder identity — and make the program feel like a relationship, not a portal * Build the pipeline between campus leads and the broader ambassador program School selection and expansion * Launch and grow with the right schools first * Build relationships with faculty, club leads, and accelerator staff at target schools to deepen Lovable's presence beyond a single point of contact per campus * Own the roadmap for expanding once the first cohort produces repeatable, self-sustaining events ABOUT YOUR APPLICATION Please submit your application in English.
