We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead projects, consult clients and actively shape our design culture. WHAT YOU BRING: Experience and Skills * Degree in Product, Interaction, Visual Design, related Design disciplines, or equivalent professional experience. * At least 4 years of proven product design experience, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting. * Demonstrated expertise in responsive digital design, visual design principles, and prototyping techniques. * Demonstrated proficiency working within and contributing to a structured Design System, including component governance, token usage, and maintaining consistency at scale. * Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code, Nano Banana, etc) to support research synthesis, rapid ideation, and workflow efficiency, with a genuine curiosity to keep evolving how they are used to disclose individual and team potential. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German language proficiency at B2 level or above is required. * A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX/UI design work (see note below about Portfolio).
