Du verstehst ihre Herausforderungen, entwickelst passende Workforce-Modelle und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung – regional,
saisonal, skalierbar.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Operations-Team zusammen – insbesondere mit den Student Operations Manager:innen, die unsere Talente
betreuen. Während sie der zentrale Kontakt für unsere Studierenden sind, bist du der Single Point of Contact für unsere Kund:innen
– strategisch, operativ, zuverlässig.
Du bist da, wenn ein Projekt startet – beim Kunden im Meetingraum und mit den Student:innen an der Base.
Du wechselst zwischen Dashboard und Alltag, zwischen SLA und Standort, zwischen Steuerung und Support. Du steuerst Projekte mit
Klarheit, baust Strukturen, die halten, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Zusagen Realität werden.
