This role is a part of the team in Berlin. We’ve got a mix of skills here, from Finance and Hospitality to Recruitment, People &
Culture, and Marketing. Think of us as the backbone of the company, keeping things running smoothly and helping out everywhere we
can. We're the ones who answer questions, toss around ideas, offer support, and plan those fun outings and initiatives everyone
loves. We’re the reliable crew that everyone counts on to keep things rolling.
The position is to be filled as a 20 hour per week contract, and 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Working Student Office Management (div/f/m) you are the good soul of our agency and together with your colleagues you create
a working environment in which everyone feels comfortable. DEPT® is characterized by a unique atmosphere in which you are the
first contact in the office.
You are responsible for the reception and telephone support, take over organizational and administrative office tasks and are
responsible for the well-being of our colleagues.
Office management assistants are "all-rounders" without whom a company cannot do without. As an organizational talent, you often

Your Responsibilities * Executive Support: Assist the management and operations team in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, meeting organization, and document preparation. * Travel Management: Coordinate travel bookings such as flights, accommodation, and local transport. * Office Management: Manage administrative tasks including filing, ordering office supplies, and general office organization. * Event Planning: Support the organization of internal and external company events, team-building activities, and large-scale meetings. * Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support for various spontaneous projects as they arise.
