What you’ll do
Right now, we are looking for a Electrical Operations Manager for our Energy & Power Distribution team. In this role you will
report to our Head of Energy & Power Distribution and sit within our Mill Services function.
As Electrical Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical
systems at Stegra’s Boden site. Beyond overseeing infrastructure and compliance, this role is about leading with purpose - guiding
teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in a critical part of our operations. Acting as the authorized supervisor
for electrical installations at Boden Mill Services, you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership to shape a safe,
sustainable, and inclusive workplace where both people and systems thrive.
Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos

Stegra is on a mission to change the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron, and steel - with the goal of
eliminating CO₂ emissions. Instead of coal, we use green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, meaning our primary emissions will
be water and heat.
By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitized, and sustainable
plant in Boden, Northern Sweden - currently under construction. But this is just the beginning. Our expertise in green hydrogen

What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Head of Quality & Metallurgy to join our Operations & Production organization in Boden. In this role, you will lead the Quality & Metallurgy team and play a critical role in ensuring product quality, process performance, and continuous improvement across our operations. You will combine technical expertise with people leadership, helping to shape both our products and our ways of working as we ramp up one of the world's most advanced green steel plants. The Metallurgical Development function provides technical expertise to manufacturing operations while driving mission-focused development with a strong emphasis on quality, environmental performance, and economics. The team develops process control approaches and manufacturing procedures to support fossil-free steel production. Placement: Boden What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for an Area Manager Water Treatment Plant for our Project Delivery team. In this role you will report to our Area Director Green Steel and work within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for delivering one of the world's most advanced industrial projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all project phases. As Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Water Treatment Plant area, leading delivery from construction through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage EPCM partners, OEMs, and contractors, and ensure the area is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
