uppföljning. Du arbetar tätt ihop med vår inköpsorganisation, våra kategoriteam och våra partners i Europa och Asien för att
säkerställa att vi utvecklar konkurrenskraftiga produkter med rätt kvalitet, tydlig positionering och en optimal kundupplevelse.

Summary: This position works with the clinical staff, physicians/advanced practitioners, clerical staff, and the manager in the coordination of assigned staff, equipment, and resources to facilitate smooth daily operational flow in the specialty clinics. They optimize patient care and direct and assist the assigned staff in their daily work processes. Responsibilities 1. Patient care duties include administer and document injections, dispense and document medications as directed by physician/provider; assist with coordination of further patient care and follow-up and carry out tasks as directed by physician/provider. This includes label and handle labs, cultures, and other specimens, prepare laboratory and imaging requisitions. May include communication with patient, hospital, labs, imaging centers, pharmacies, physician offices, insurance plans. 2. In conjunction with the manager, manages patient triage calls and seeks out direction from providers as needed and assures documentation is reflective of disposition. Provides backup to medical assistant responsibilities when required. 3. Provides patient and family education on how to perform physician recommended care, take prescribed medication, prepare for tests or procedures, and monitor treatment progress. 4. Demonstrates clinical expertise and serves as a resource for the clinical staff. 5. Monitors inventory and orders medical supplies as well as follow up on all outstanding orders. 6. In conjunction with the manager, holds regular clinical meetings with staff to review clinical Key performance indicators (KPI) and implement/monitor process improvement plans. 7. In collaboration with the manager, mentors, orients, trains, assists in staff development, and directs clinical staff. 8. Completes new hire and annual clinical competencies for clinical staff. Arranges education and training sessions for professional development. 9. Provides input to manager for employee performance appraisals and goal setting. 10. In conjunction with the manager, participates in the interviewing process for new staff and provides feedback for hiring. 11. Monitors clinical equipment and works with the biomedical department to maintain and address any equipment concerns. 12. In collaboration with the manager, proactively solves problems, administrative issues, or patient complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalates issues and concerns proactively to Manager, or clinic practice Leadership, as needed. 13. Assists manager with policy revisions and participates in audits for compliance with all regulatory requirements. 14. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position. 15. Objective / Purpose: The purpose of the Billing Coordinator is to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer invoices while supporting the organization's revenue cycle and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Billing Coordinator serves as a critical link between customers and internal departments by verifying billing information, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring invoices are generated in accordance with customer requirements and company policies. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks: * Obtain shipping paperwork from warehouses to verify accurate quantities and manufacturing lot numbers shipped out with corresponding sales orders * Maintain accurate billing records and upload supporting documentation such as Bill of Ladings, Pricing Validation, or Order Changes into the Document Management System (DMS) for audit and reporting purposes * Verify sell prices and material costs to ensure alignment with intended margin on sales orders * Systematically process Goods Issuing to prepare the sales order for invoicing in the ERP system * Review daily reports for past due orders and make inquiries with relevant parties * Coordinate and collaborate with the Inventory Team to review and correct lot discrepancies for relevant warehouses * Assist with month-end closing activities, including invoice verification, reporting, and account reconciliations * Partner with the Inventory Team to support with inventory related transactions and coverage as needed * Generate and print barcode labels accurately and timely to support inventory, warehousing, and shipping operations * Verify product information, lot number, batch assignment, and customer-specific information prior to barcode label creation to ensure data accuracy * Manage barcode label templates and revise as needed to reflect product changes and customer specifications * Remove roadblocks and provide creative problem-solving for alternate production services. * All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications: 1. About the role This is a senior, commercially independent B2B role. You will be the owner of your accounts, not a first point of contact passing things on. You negotiate pricing and terms, close contracts, and lead private label projects from customer brief to launched product. You represent Swedish Nutra toward some of our most important customers, and internally you are the commercial voice for your portfolio. It’s a role for someone who has done this before and wants real mandate and real results to show for it.
