Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking an Aerospace Talent Acquisition Partner with full-lifecycle recruiting experience to drive
strategic hiring across Propulsion.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective, tailored
recruitment strategies. From proactive sourcing to candidate engagement and successful close, you’ll be responsible for

Together, you'll be building and owning the operating layer that makes Mirakl's product machine run : turning data, signal, and process into sharper decisions, faster execution, and a roadmap the whole organization can trust.
