This position sits within our Experience & Engineering business unit as part of a new International Delivery Centre. We primarily
deliver large-scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with
our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Google, TikTok, eBay, ASOS, Zoopla, Twitch, Patagonia and
many, many more.
We are currently in the process of creating a new International Delivery Centre in India, focussed on delivering award winning
work for a range of global clients. We are looking for a number of experts who can help set the standard in the new centre whilst
starting to work on a range of exciting digital projects. The role will require some shift working to accommodate working with our
global teams.
As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer, you will continuously put effort into keeping our customers' websites sustainable and up
to date based on today’s standards. We take maintenance & security very seriously and set as a high standard for all our
clients.
You will be working in a fast-paced work environment catered to our client needs and at the same time on a range of different
projects, both big and small. If you enjoy a dynamic work atmosphere where no day is the same and love improving the quality of

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Architect to lead architecture, design, and technical delivery for enterprise-scale ecommerce implementations and support engagements. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SFCC B2C architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and solution design, along with the ability to guide development teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for SFCC B2C Commerce projects. * Define scalable, secure, and high-performance ecommerce solutions aligned with business requirements. * Review and govern technical designs, code quality, and implementation best practices. * Drive integrations with third-party systems such as OMS, CRM, Payment Gateways, ERP, PIM, Loyalty, and Marketing platforms. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners. * Perform technical estimations, solution reviews, and risk assessments. * Support production issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform stability initiatives. * Mentor and guide developers and technical leads across projects. * Ensure adherence to SFCC best practices, coding standards, and release governance. * Participate in client discussions, architecture workshops, and technical roadmap planning. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU * Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware / SFCC B2C). * Expertise in SFRA architecture, cartridges, controllers, ISML, OCAPI, SCAPI, hooks, and job frameworks. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and integration patterns. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and deployment processes. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure and serverless integrations (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, etc.) * Prepare architecture diagrams, technical design documents, integration specifications, and solution blueprints. * Good understanding of ecommerce concepts including catalog, checkout, promotions, inventory, and order management. * Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. IF YOU KNOW SOME OF THIS EVEN BETTER * Experience with composable commerce or headless architecture. * Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem products such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. * Knowledge of frontend frameworks. * SFCC certifications preferred. As a Salesforce Consultant, you could be working with Agentforce to enable next level customer service, or you could possibly be working on building a customer portal.
