execution, the data pipelines that power it, and our PLG strategy in the enterprise segment end-to-end. We're looking for an

We're building AI-powered GTM systems from scratch. You'll lead the design and execution of the agents, automations, and workflows
that help Lovable win deals, onboard customers faster, and scale. You'll own our agent orchestration strategy, the data pipelines
that power it, and our PLG motion in enterprise end-to-end.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Proven success closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals * Track record of full-cycle selling - prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close * Strong communicator who can translate technical and product concepts into clear business value * Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals across product, engineering, and leadership * Builder mindset - you’re excited to shape GTM motion and systems in a fast-scaling org * Curiosity and hunger to master Lovable’s product deeply; you lead with insight * Comfort with ambiguous, high-growth environments where speed and precision matter * Bonus: Experience selling AI or developer tools, or working in product-led growth motions WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own and run end-to-end sales cycles with precision - from first touch to signed contract * Craft strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and unlock expansion * Lead compelling demos and discovery sessions, tailoring value to technical and business buyers * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver seamless onboarding and retention * Build ROI-driven business cases that connect Lovable’s capabilities to real outcomes * Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline across all active deals * Use insights from customer conversations to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy * Champion a repeatable, data-driven GTM motion as we scale from startups to enterprise HOW WE HIRE 1. PRINCIPAL, GTM STRATEGY (SALES BUSINESS PARTNER) Location: US Reporting to: VP, GTM Strategy & Operations About the Role You are a senior Individual Contributor (IC) who acts as the "Strategic Diplomat" and key partner to our Regional VPs of Sales. You serve as the "connective tissue" between sales leadership goals and the technical Strategy & Operations engine, operating within the strategic framework set by the VP. VPs love you because you understand their world, and you drive value by translating their needs into data-driven strategy and automated solutions. What You’ll Do * Sales Business Partnering: Serve as a key strategic partner to the VPs, working in close alignment with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. You attend leadership meetings and translate qualitative field needs into quantitative requirements for the S&O team. * Full-Funnel Oversight: You monitor the "Whole Number." You ensure VPs understand their retention benchmarks and have the data needed to protect their base. * Field Innovation Scout: You are a key bridge to the Innovation team. You identify the manual tasks VPs and reps are facing and work with the Director of Insights and Innovation to scope the AI Agents required to address them. * Specialized Executive Reporting: Own the "Last-Mile" reporting for Sales QBRs. You take core dashboards from the Insights team and "story-tell" the data for VPs. * Enablement Liaison: Partner with the VP of Enablement to ensure that when a new process or AI tool is "released," the VPs are bought in and the coaching is aligned. * Conflict Resolution: Support resolution of territory or quota disputes by preparing data-driven analyses and recommendations for the VP to review and action. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 6–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, COO, or equivalent), ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize independently. * Demonstrated expertise managing complex, high-volume calendars and competing demands. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. * Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate. * Comfort operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. * Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and highly dependable. * Experience supporting revenue or go-to-market teams is a plus.
