Location: North Reading, MA 01864 What you will be doing * Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide a 5-star customer service experience. * Manage visitor registration, temporary badges, and ensure NDA compliance for all guests. * Route calls efficiently and assist employees with inquiries or service requests. * Support mail and package handling, including receiving, sorting, and notifying employees of deliveries. * Assist with meeting room scheduling, event setups, and basic office administrative tasks. * Help maintain office areas such as reception, pantry, and conference rooms in a clean and organized condition. * Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as needed. What we need from you * 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, administrative, or customer service roles. * Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude and appearance. * Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively. * Comfortable using MS Office, phone systems, and basic office equipment. * High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
