Job Description You are the first point of contact for customers, supporting them in taking back control of their payment process and giving them insight into the FX market. By taking them into the world of currencies, rates, hedging and how to implement this as efficiently as possible in their business, you help reduce risks and strengthen trust. What will you Do? YOUR ROLE As a Working Student in Sales, you will support the Central Europe Sales team in driving both client retention and new business development across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Croatia/Slovenia. Working closely with the Head of Central Europe Sales and the team, you will contribute to key commercial initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor market developments and key events affecting Interbank and Corporate Treasury clients across Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia. * Build and manage a pipeline of regional prospects through research, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and first-contact activities. * Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients. * Execute client communication campaigns using 360T's standard Salesforce templates. * Support client onboarding by driving test account activation, platform adoption, and user engagement. * Organize client and prospect events across the CEE region, primarily targeting interbank clients, with future expansion to corporate clients. As we scale our SME banking, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow an existing book of business.
