JOB PURPOSE We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist with a strong track record in either paid search (SEA) or paid social. You’ll lead strategy and execution for high‑impact digital campaigns, working closely with internal creatives, data analysts, and external clients. You can focus on search or social, depending on your expertise and interest, helping shape how paid media drives performance and growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Search: Lead paid search strategy and optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, leveraging data and automation to enhance performance and client results. * Social: Drive paid social strategy, campaign planning, and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, while mentoring junior team members and developing best‑in‑class approaches. * Own performance measurement, reporting and optimization to ensure scalable results. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, analytics, tech) to deliver integrated solutions. * Present strategy and performance insights to internal teams and clients. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 3+ years in paid search or paid social environments, preferably in an agency or performance‑focused in‑house setup. * Deep understanding of campaign strategy, budgeting, and KPI‑driven performance. * Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience (mentoring or guiding junior team members) a strong plus.
