JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist with a strong track record in either paid search (SEA) or paid

social. You’ll lead strategy and execution for high‑impact digital campaigns, working closely with internal creatives, data

analysts, and external clients. You can focus on search or social, depending on your expertise and interest, helping shape how

paid media drives performance and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Search: Lead paid search strategy and optimization across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, leveraging data and

automation to enhance performance and client results.

Social: Drive paid social strategy, campaign planning, and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, while mentoring

junior team members and developing best‑in‑class approaches.

Own performance measurement, reporting and optimization to ensure scalable results.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (creative, analytics, tech) to deliver integrated solutions.
Present strategy and performance insights to internal teams and clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3+ years in paid search or paid social environments, preferably in an agency or performance‑focused in‑house setup.
Deep understanding of campaign strategy, budgeting, and KPI‑driven performance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership experience (mentoring or guiding junior team members) a strong plus.

Role Overview: Sonata One is seeking an experienced Cloud & Microsoft 365 Engineer to own the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of our Microsoft cloud estate. You will act as a senior technical owner across identity, endpoint management, collaboration, data governance, security operations, and automation—ensuring our M365 environment is secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes. This is a hands-on engineering role with significant architectural influence: you will translate security and governance requirements (including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST-aligned controls) into practical configurations, automation, and operational processes. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT operations, and external vendors to deliver reliable services, lead complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the Microsoft stack. Key Responsibilities: IT service Management, project delivery & end user support * Operate within ITIL-aligned practices: incidents, changes, problems, and service requests with clear SLAs and communication. * Plan and lead M365 projects using structured project management (scope, timeline, risk, stakeholder management). * Coordinate cross-functional delivery (security, infrastructure, applications, vendors) to meet business deadlines and quality standards. * Act is primary escalation contact for 2nd & 3rd level end user support issues.
